The staff was rude at the beginning because they wanted our passports through WhatsApp just to check in prior. Then they made us wait for 40 minutes to meet with the manager. During our meeting, he asked to see our passports again, after sending them as they asked. The entire space was very humid. It was mentioned that there was a washer machine, there wasn't any. There was a limit on taking a shower, which if you have multiple people, it's frustrating. And the hot water goes out really quick. The staff also mentioned that location was very dangerous, especially during the night.

Awesome stay Near to bus station You have everything you need The suit is so clean well furnished Highly recommended Next time I will go again Nothing

Location was very good, close to metro/bus/trains, also close to city centre.

Very comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms very spacious and very good for groups in general. Kitchen very well equipped Too much humidity! The fact that there is in the basement makes it very humid and smelly, the bathrooms did not have any hangers for the towels.

The sound of the train outside

It was on good location easy access to everything There were some issues for example one of the sink in the property was blocked, kettle wasn’t working, toilet seat was broken, no bin bags and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable etc We tried to contact the owner he send someone but just fixed the toilet seat. Not very good response from the management. Otherwise the property was clean close to station and other areas.

Exceptional

Excellent location, good space, 2 bathrooms, 2 good size beds, reasonably stocked kitchen, air conditioning, safe worked perfect Electric lights and plugs wiring exposed (dangerous), very bad smell from both toilets, toilet seat broken (not attached), air con unit intermittently worked, cot broken (they came and replaced so then was fine)

It was comfortable, the bathrooms were big, the bedrooms too… it’s a big space and the location was not bad. It smelled to wet… the a/c did not work properly and the shower either… also the host charged us a late fee even when we explained and proved her that the fly was delayed.

Everything was perfect about the property. The location is only a bit far from the tourist attractions, it only takes about 20 minutes to get to the coliseum and other places. But basically everything was fine for us.

Disappointing, nothing Disappointing, not clean floor, broken air conditioner, water leaking. Toilet door frame broke down fell on the head of the guests.

Lovely updated modern apartment. Friendly host came very quickly to open door and provide instructions re apartment. Spacious especially with 2.5 lovely, modern bathrooms. Close to Metro. Appreciated the air con once we figured it out (could not remember the verbal instructions host provided). Description stated 500 meters from train station but I would remind people the train station is a very long building so if you exit the train station at the front it is a much longer walk with luggage than we expected. It is probably 500 meters from the end of the train station building. The apartment was lovely but needs just a few things to make it fantastic. Please provide written instructions on how to use the Nespresso machine and air con. Need more clothes hangers. Please provide wine glasses. We were in Rome and wanted to drink wine. We were surprised there were no wine glasses in the kitchen. Some of our party commented on feeling the tram go by at night but I expected we would feel the trains since we were close to the train station. Trams stopped overnight but restarted about 6 am. With a few tweaks this apartment will be amazing. Thank you

It was nice and close to the city center. Also more affordable than the competition. This is about all the good things I can say. It was super humid, no way of getting the humidity out. Waking up the cold and humidity had penetrated deep to the inside of the body. The location did not feel too safe at night.

the size, location and cleanliness none

Everything was good There are hidden charges. Please read carefully before booking. We had to pay double than it was stated because we couldn't see the hidden charges.

there were bugs in the bathroom and kitchen area, it was not a safe location

It was clean, but a lot of moisture in the bathrooms The beds were comfortable I need few pages to write everything down…but the page does not accept all my sentences? The attitude of the owner. First night when we arrived at the airport we booked and paid a taxi which arrived 1 hr later . Imagine that with 2 children under 6 running everywhere in the arrival area of a busy airport..we paid 60 euros because we would have paid 50 euros extra charge for late check in:ooo After 15 calls to the driver and the owner/we were said that he will be 30 minutes late and will be there so do mot worry, this is Rome big and manu things can happen ????? 30 minutes became 1 hr The taxi driver walked us through the parking area around 1 km, to the place he parked the car, a place that was free so he did not bother to pick us up from airport arrival. Once arrived at the suite, we were stupefied by the fact that there was a camera in the middle of the living room, that the guy from reception said that is not recording and of we are disturbed we can put a plastic bag on it????oh my God???so of course we did it because of it. Second night I received at 1 AM, yeah you read it well 1 AM, that if something happened with his suite because there is no more on booking so if I am the responsible for it? OMG??? any way my sense of humor is really good so I answered back that everything is going

Location is not bad. 10min walking from main train station, 10min from the nearest metro. 20 min walking to Colosseum Suite is in the basement with almost no day light. It is really damp in the rooms. There is no way to make the towels to dry after having a shower 2x a day (or even to hang them somewhere to allow them to dry). Flat seems airless when you turn off the aircon (basically is has to be on all the time). There is a CCTV camera inside recording living room - outrageous! They will take photos of your ID/passport on arrival with someone's private phone - unacceptable. It is crazy laud due to tram line being 5 meters from entrance. There is a homeless person living outside of the flat (2 meters from it).

The bathrooms was in each room. But they were nice, especially the shower with the lights. The kitchen was very modern and it was a pleasure cooking there. In each room and living room they were smart TVs. In the main bathroom we found a little scorpion(the guy told us they were water scorpions and that they are common in italy and not dangerous). The biggest problem of them all was that the place didn’t had second towels for each person neither did sheets.
