The Rome public transport system is terrible, so it wasn't as well-connected as it seemed. Not the hotel's fault, but it was rough.

The furniture is broken. It is looking like garbage. In the bathroom everything is rusty.

The highlight is the staff. Daniela was extremely useful. She kindly explained us how to move around the city and tips for sightseeing. Arriving the first time was tricky as the streets around the hotel are not always the best

The shower was big, the water was really warm. They changed the towels everyday. The space was cozy and the staff was also nice. The location isn't the greatest. Also, the AC didn"t work 100% of the time, but it wasn't a big issue.

My stay at Hotel Center Rome was extremely disappointing. Some staff members were unhelpful and rude, which made the experience uncomfortable. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor during the night, and the bathroom was poorly maintained—the shower doors were falling apart. On top of that, the noise levels were unbearable, making it impossible to get a proper night’s sleep. To make matters worse, the cart kept deactivating, adding to the frustration. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.
