Good location Expensive for what you got. Very small and basic room. Air conditioning didn't work very well and was noisy.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was also excellent; easy to reach by public transport and within walking distance of many attractions. What I appreciated the most was the staff. On the morning of my check-out, I overslept and was running late for my flight. I was quite panicked, but the reception staff immediately helped by calling a taxi for me and did their best to reassure and calm me down. Their kindness and quick assistance were incredibly helpful, and I truly appreciated it. The water pressure from the sink faucet was quite low. Also, the housekeeping staff came into my room every day and often organized my clothes and personal belongings. While I appreciate their effort and understand they were trying to be helpful, I would have rather my personal items had not been touched.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They recommended some sightseeing spots and showed us the most efficient way to reach the others., The rooms were clean, quiet, and the bed was super cozy.

Friendly staff and welcoming with a short tour guidance which was really helpful! The location also very good. The wifi was not working properly.

Plus: A family-owned property with really nice staff. To be considered: the property is old, but in good condition. The area the hotel is located in isn't exceptional, especially arriving from the Main Train Station, but there is nothing the hotel could have done for it.
