The property was very clean. Paolo and margarita were great host . Had to use stairs since It was on the second floor. Slow WiFi .

The Bed and Breakfast was clean and quite. Margherita was so helpful with providing information on how to travel around Rome and what sights to see. Without her help, it would have taken us a long time to figure things out. I have nothing negative to say. Just remember to pack a hairdryer. I forgot and so I couldn't style my hair.

We were a bit surprised it was a divided floor with a shared kitchen not useable though we didn't need to cook.

Spacious room even with twin beds. Neat pantry. Clean room Breakfast is all packaged items. Except for fresh milk and yoghurt there's no fresh bread, eggs or fruits.

Good location as walk to coloseum is just 25 mins

The lady host is very nice and caring. The room was quite large and bed was very comfortable. The location is very convenient. The breakfast is just some “ junk food” and instant coffee. No fresh bread or brewed coffee. Fruits. Etc. It is not suitable for everyone. No really dining room. But perhaps it is a standard for bed and breakfast in Italy. We ate breakfast outside. There is no lift so if you have heavy luggage you will have to carry it. There is no reception but the host answers very fast if you need help.

I wanted an old style hotel. The room had antique furniture but the kitchen was more modern. Very nice having shared kitchen with other guest room. We were able to put left overs in refrigerator. Only issues was my fault, I wanted 2 beds but misunderstood the booking. We worked it out. The owner did try to accommodate 2 beds but it would not have worked. Location was good to get to train, metro and we were able to walk to Colosseum and Forum in 15 to 20 minutes. Santa Maria Maggiore church was walkable as well. Owner mapped out places to see and any other areas we wanted to see, making it easy for us to get around Rome. We used the map she provided all the time. Breakfast breads, pastry and coffee was nice for our morning start in our room. It was fine. No elevator but it was only 1 flight up. Not bad at all.

The location had good transit connections, was close to good restaurants, and a market nearby. It rained one of the days I was there, but that isn’t the property’s fault.

Close to bus and tram, 12 minutes to Termini, 20 minutes to the Colosseum on foot. Nearby there was a long street with shops of nice brands. Margarita was wonderful, she welcomed us with a map of the city and explained everything to us nicely. The breakfast was great, the room was beautiful, everything was clean, I recommend it and I would come again.

Lots of traffic noise and sirens...but, being our first time in Rome, I don't think you can avoid that if you want to stay in a place like this. Noisy at night

room was nice and clean breakfast was some cheap cakes and biscuits from the supermarket didn't touched it

Lovely clean bedroom, very comfortable beds, air conditioning TV, WiFi, close to Roma Termini. Responsive host, Paulo was really friendly and helpful. Near a large roundabout and traffic and tram noise throughout the night can be disturbing.
