I wished I could have stayed longer but my flight was early in the day. Next time I will base my trip out of Porta Maggiore and be staying at Gaia B&B for sure

This is a homestay with genuine warm hearted host. Location is a little out of town in a bit of a run down area. The benefits are cheaper prices for food and drink . Transport links to town good. Very good breakfast It is in a apartment block. Traffic is very busy.

The host is excelent and friendly, helpfull, location is not in a very nice area but 2 km from Coloseum is great at this price! Very noisy, u hear all day cars loud!!

Lovely host Anna was very helpful . Recommended where to eat. Good breakfast. The room had excellent air-conditioning which was needed in 37o heat. The property is a 1.5k walk from Roma Termini station and easy to find. Anna constantly kept in touch leading up to our arrival and sent a welcome message on the day of out arrival and then a 2nd message to say our room was ready for an early check in. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay.

The stay was lovely, we loved the breakfasts which were included. We were impressed with the variety and taste of the breakfasts. The food was amazing. Anna was very helpfull and kind. We will gladly return to this hotel. We would also like to note extremely clean room with all the facilities needed. We enjoyed the stay.

Breakfast was just great! Fresh and homemade by the owner with very good pastries. Apartment has everything you need. Very comfortable beds! The owner Anna is very helpful and caring, helping to have the best time in Rome!

Anna did everything in her power to make us welcome. Her breakfasts were amazing. She let us leave our luggage for the whole day after we checked out because we had an evening flight. She also gave us some good recommendations of where to eat. I had some trouble working out how to get hot water in the shower. It was on a very busy road although the double glazing stopped the noise.

Lovely host. Super breakfast. Location very convenient for Roma Termini station but still within comfortable walking distance of the sights. Plenty of public transport options. Some great eating places nearby. Felt like the real Rome, not a tourist trap.
