Definitely worth the value. The owner is very helpful! We were able to leave our bags to go see the Pope before we checked out. The room was quiet and a 15 minute walk from the Rome train station. If you like to walk in Rome, save some money, and eat at some decent restaurants give this place a shot. We would go back. I needed a better pillow. A simple purchase of a good pillow goes a long way when you have been on the road in Italy for 39 days!

This place is centrally located, close to the Termini Train Station. There are a lot of restaurants and public transportation nearby. The host was friendly and provided information and recommendations.

The stay was really nice overall. The apartment was clean, spacious enough, and well equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was good, and the host was super kind, communicative, and helpful throughout the stay. ?

It was humid, caused a bad smell.

Loved our stay here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I could immediately tell that the apartment was furnished with soul and attention to detail. The room had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable trip. Would definitely stay again!

Host was quick to respond and very accommodating. We arrived much later than expected, but our host was incredibly accommodating and understanding. Despite the late hour, he patiently waited for us and made the check-in process seamless. We truly appreciated the extra effort and hospitality. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Our host answered all questions and offered suggestions regarding sightseeing. We had comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Clean room, good bathroom, comfortable bed. There is everything you need for a pleasant stay. Coffee machine available, also fruits and different kinds of breakfast. Very nice host, he explained everything simply and made us feel welcomed. It's a great b&b for a short trip! Everything was okay about the place. The location may be a bit off but I don't think it would be such a problem for a stay in a mesmerising city like Rome :)

The room is fully-equipped and comfortable, clean. The kitchen was filled with food and water/tea/coffee all the time. We could check-in earlier and leave our luggage there after we checked-out until our flight.
