First , there is no property . I go there a woman opens for me , i tell her i have a reservation for this hostel she starts talking in a different language, I show her my reservation and that I payed for a hostel and it’s this location she still doesn’t get it so I leave . I felt fooled and scammed and then I had to look for another place to stay for the night and that was tiring and so money consuming so i want my money back .

The staff told me on arrival that there’s no free locker for storage, you need to pay 10 euros to rent one and there’s only one shared wardrobe with no lock in the room to share with 8 other people. I also couldn’t dry my hair with the hairdryer at 10pm because the staff warned me it would shut down the electricity of the whole house. There’s a big stain on my blanket as well…

Bedsheets were clean. Quite literally the worst hostel I have stayed at. The bathrooms were dirty and gross. Air conditioning was controlled by the owner (male) who would peek into the girls only room I stayed in to turn it on/off while we were asleep. The only thing that made it bearable was the fact that at least the bedsheets were clean. Just pay extra and get a better place.

The staff were fantastic and I felt really comfortable at the hostel! No complaints, great stay.

Friendly staff and good location, easily accessible from the city. The room was very near the roads, and it was not quiet. could not sleep properly due to the constant honking by the cars.

The staff was very kind to us. The place is clean for sure. 15 minutes away from termini, location was pretty good. There were no big lockers for your bags, you just can use the small lockers for important stuff -like passport etc. But the hostel was very safe, we didnt get any trouble about our luggage.

It’s pretty nice hostel with warm atmosphere felt like home and the stuff is super friendly and kind i hope to meet them soon after their kindness with me. Thank you so much again.

Nice hospitality, complete facilities, and very close to the terminal and public transport.

The place was clean. Beds were comfortable Location was great. Staff was very polite and respectful. The hostel is well connected to public transport, and some restaurants are in the vicinity. Also a beautiful historical landmark (Porta Maggiore) is right next to it. Also the other guests were polite and quiet. I cant really complain about the noise because I chose to stay in the city. But the hostel is next to busy street and it can get loud, even in the night.

There was nothing to like about that place. Bed was literally smaller than me and also looks like half broken. No shelves or tables or something to put your belongings. They gave me just the bed. Nothing else. After talking to staff, he told me to use the chair as side table! They will not give any keys of the house. You have to call the staff to open the doors (front door and house door). Some times it will rake time and you have to wait at the road outside of the house as calling bell sometimes dosent work or not responded.

Nothing The stuff were effing and cursing when they demanded l live the premises after collecting the city tax The asked to leave after great difficulty finding the hotel and they realized l was over 35 after checking my passport at 11.30pm l pleaded it was too dangerous especially the area there over 35 policy was not on the search engine nor the confirmation invoice l was given reluctantly they allowed me to stay the night it was a horror night.. l had bedbugs all over. I was sworn out, the threatened to call the police, even as l tried to use the toilet someone barged the door open and demanded l leave immediately and to find a bar to use simply because l demanded they refund the city tax based on their policy of refusing to allow over 35 which l was and also they fact l was a nurse as nurses were exempt as well as emergency workers like army

Staff wasn’t attentive
