Shiva Bed and Breakfast

Breakfast was quite basic, just bread and cereal. Also, the hot water system wasn't very reliable — it took about 2-3 minutes for the water to actually heat up.

The location is central, just a 10-minute walk from Termini station. The bed was comfortable. It was a decent room for its price. You shouldn't expect a luxury apartment, but it was perfect for sleeping in so we could recharge our batteries for the city break. In fact, we used it only for sleeping, as we went out exploring the city early in the morning and returned very late at night. It's also worth mentioning that there is a bidet shower. Though the room is enough to rest and get a comfortable night's sleep for a city break, a few things could use some improvement. The water pressure wasn't great. One minute you have good pressure, and the next, there’s barely any pressure at all. The last issue is the AC. Although there is one, it's pretty old; you have to set it to the lowest temperature and maximum fan speed just to make the air breathable and comfortable enough to sleep. Bear in mind that the room is at a semi-basement level, and it was very hot outside because of the summer season. Maybe it's better in spring or autumn when you don't need the AC so badly.

The location is close to many stations for easy transportation, including the station for airport, subway, etc. I liked that there was hot water and good room heat. I also liked the decoration. It was not very clean. The bed mattress was not very comfortable. The breakfast was not much.

The owner is very kind and helpful. The room is spacious and the bathroom is nice, though the water pressure in the shower is a bit low. Everything mentioned about the breakfast was accurate — it’s limited but self-service. I would have appreciated having a small fridge and a kettle inside the room instead of outside.

Placed in a good location, easy to go everywhere with close connections to the metro or tram. The room was clean and comfortable, a/c works enough, the owner was very helpful and nice and had a prompt communication via WhatsApp. She agreed to deposit our luggage for almost entire day after check out. You can prepare your breakfast when you want in a separate kitchen. Good value for money, all recommendations, we are glad to stay again.

The place was great, decor is lovely and the host was wonderful. Great place to stay and would love to stay there again. Nothing, it was a great place.

It was clean and Melanie was excellent. You can smell a dump a little bit.

Secure place to stay. It states there is a kitchen that's why we chose this place. Turns out the kitchen is only in one of the rooms and that is not stated when booking. The photos are deceiving, you dont know what room you'll get. Also, very far from the city and attraction. Too expensive to be that far for just a room.
