The host was very kind and responsible and answered quickly.

Even though the room itself is very small. For the price, it is very good. Also good location, within walking distant to main attractions . Host was very helpful getting into property and assisting our checkin. Has a small breakfast area to use for all guests and the smallestest elevator to get up to the room. Overall a pleasant stay.

The owner was really friendly, polite and helpful. He gave us information to go around the city, and he let us store our luggage on our last day for some extra hours. Given the heatwave in Rome at the time, it was useful to have a small fridge in the room. The location is decent, since it is close to the train station and it is easily connected to the center via public transport. There was a bottle of water together with coffee and some light breakfast options which were offered for free, which was also a plus. Overall a decent budget choice for a short stay. The location, because returning to the room at night with night buses can be an unpleasant experience given how crowded they can be. But of course this is not the property 's fault. Also the AC unit was a bit old and given that we were absent from the room most of the day, it needed a bit of time to cool the room at night.

The flat was impeccably clean. The host is one of those rare people you immediately feel friends with. They were kind enough to facilitate our early check in, which made things so much easier for us. The location is excellent - close to Termini, within walking distance from tram and metro stations, with nice restaurants nearby, where you may grab a panino with cappuccino for breakfast - what more could one ask for? No such thing.

Very clean and there is a room to cook and dine. Supermarket just 2 mins walk. Although situated in a main road next to a restaurant and cafe, the unit is at the back with a courtyard, it is very quiet all day Although there is a well-equipped kitchen, the gas stove and oven are taped. Really want to cook as there are fresh seafood in the supermarket next door

-close to the center, termini, bus stop and metro -the owner (Raisa) is so kind and helpful, she explained almost everything about Rome as soon as we get there. -the room is clean and useful. -free coffee and croissants ? Sounds from next rooms, we felt like the other guests are in our room. They should fix that problem.

I only wanted the room for 1 person so it was more than enough The house is on a fifth floor and the elevator wasn't working so I had to go upstairs after a long flight which was not ideal The stay wasn't like a typical one since reception was not available and people in charge were not there most of the time I had to leave the keys in the room to check out

The property is very clean and well taken care of. We were very comfortable throughout our stay. The location was quite good, less than 10 minutes from a Metro stop. What we appreciated the most was how helpful and friendly the owner was, this is mainly why we are giving this high rating.
