No complimentary breakfast included but plenty of great places to eat within 5 minutes and very decent prices. Staff very prompt and helpful; very clean!!! AC worked great. No issues with the shower. Convenient kitchen to use as a common space to eat and store food in the fridge. Very good location at walking distance to the colosseum and 7 minutes walk to Metro A. Highly recommend ❤️ A bit noisy in the morning although not on the main street. Maybe better soundproofing windows…

The room is very nice and comfortable, 20 mins walk to railway station and the colosseum. The admin lady is very very kind and nice, although communication in English is a little complicated.

Exceptional

Emanuela B&B proved to be a fantastic choice for our stay in Rome. Its convenient location, just a short distance from Termini Station, ensured easy access to the city's major attractions. While not directly next to the station, its proximity offered a peaceful environment without the noise. The room was impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom was equally spotless, and we appreciated the daily cleaning service. The ability to make coffee each morning was a delightful bonus. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room was larger than I had anticipated. Despite my initial concerns, the space was more than adequate for our needs. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, providing much-needed relief from the Roman heat. The B&B's location was ideal for exploring the city. We found numerous bus stops and metro stations within walking distance, allowing us to easily reach our desired destinations. Even the Colosseum was just a 20-minute walk away. The surrounding area offered a variety of excellent restaurants, including many frequented by locals. This was a great opportunity to experience authentic Roman cuisine. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Emanuela B&B. Its clean accommodations, convenient location, and friendly service made it an ideal choice for our trip to Rome. We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting the city.

Very clean. Cleaned daily. Close to the subway. You can leave your luggage before leaving. I arrived after 11 p.m. there was no problem either. I recommend.

Very clean. Daily cleaning. Good size room.There is a common kitchen where you can eat if you have bought something. But it cannot be cooked. breakfast is coffee with a cookie, there could have been at least one croissant, but ok. The neighborhood around is really not very good, but we had no worries about security even in the evening.

We had a brilliant stay. Rooms were immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The property's photos should be updated as they do not do it justice! The cleaning was almost too good... I didn't like that they folded our clothes and moved around some of our things.

It was misleading because no breakfast was provided. Only tea or coffee. Magdalena was warm, helpful and friendly and the place was very clean & comfortable We booked it because it included breakfast according to the description, pictures and reviews but they no longer provide it. We were disappointed

It was good to have large and spacious rooms. We were happy to have a kitchen area in the common area and to have snacks and drinks served in this area. Everything we wanted was available in the room. One of the good aspects was that it was cleaned every day. The location was a bit far from the center. The bed was not very comfortable and the walls were very thin so there was a lot of noise transmission.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean and comfortable. Madalena was incredibly kind and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Close to the terminal in a walking distance, restaurants and tourist attractions . The entrance has no single sign of the place,for people with no phone service like (me) and under the rain was a little complicated. And extra $14... some euros that didn't mention on the app,after you pay your room went to the place ,before they give you the key you have to pay ,taxes?? Why don't they collect from the first payment??? Anyway, that's my opinion.

Property was exactly what we needed for our stay and spotlessly clean with everything we needed. The thing we liked most was the exceptional host who treated us like family!❤️
