The place is beautiful, well run and nicely located. I chose the place because of the Lepanto train station next to it, to my despair the station was closed for repairs during my time there. So we ended up walking to the next station more than what I would have liked. The rooms could use a coffee maker and some coffee in them.

Great location, a nice neighborhood with lots of great cafes, bars and restaurants but still quiet in the night. Loved the breakfast on the rooftop terrace each morning. We were planning to leave our luggage before check in as we arrived early but the hotel staff were able to make the room available early which was much appreciated after a long flight. The shower was very small and the water pressure and temperature varied throughout our stay.

Really good location, about a 20-25 min walk from the historical city centre (also easily accessible with the metro!). Clean, nice room with a comfortable bed and all the amenities you need. Really nice breakfast buffet on the roof terrace. Bathroom perhaps a bit outdated but overall clean and worked fine.

The location was great, close to Vatican so everything was walkable. The staff were friendly and dealt with issues with the hot water as quickly as they could. The rooms were clean and comfortable, basic and small but had everything that you’d need. I was first in a room in the annex, where unfortunately there was an issue with the boiler which meant there was no hot water for the first 24hrs - completely out of control of the hotel! Once staff realised this could not be fixed quickly, I was moved to the main building. I did find that the AC in the annex building, while appreciated, was not very powerful, whereas in the main building it was much better. Would recommend booking rooms in the main building!

This is my favorite hotel! The staff are always welcoming and friendly, especially the staff members at reception, who was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel facilities are excellent, the rooms are spotless, modern, and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is fantastic. I always enjoy my stay here and would highly recommend it.

The room was surprisingly spacious, with beautiful high ceilings, a private ensuite bathroom, a comfortable bed, four pillows, and even an extra duvet, which made my stay even more comfortable. Everything was clean, quiet, and had plenty of space to relax after exploring Rome. A special thank you to Iggy, the Filipino receptionist, who went above and beyond. I arrived quite late, around 8:00 p.m., and he personally accompanied me to the annex and made sure I was settled in. His kindness and helpfulness made a great first impression. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend B Place to anyone visiting Rome!

Lovely location, rooms were a good size and they nice and clean and breakfast was tasty. The area where the breakfast was served was very hot. Would have liked tea and coffee available in the room.
