My stay at Relais Cola Di Rienzo was excellent! The furnishings are quite elegant, everything was spotless, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided. It’s close to Metro and bus stops. The host and staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They provided homemade cakes for breakfast. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. If I come back to Rome, I’ll absolutely stay here again! Nothing

aldo and his staff (audrey and christian) were amazing. Audrey was always greeting us every morning with a smile. Aldo was always available to answer our questions. Christian assisted us to our room and helped us with one of our luggage (we were very grateful) Also, utilize their taxi as well, was less stressful for us to go to the airport. I just informed Aldo and he set up everything for us. Would definitely stay here again. the stairs but overall, it was a great place. There is an elevator but very small

Room was very clean and had everything you need (there is enough space to put your things, mini fridge, towels in the bathroom). Location is really great, we didn't use metro, we were just walking every day and could see vatican and all attractions, but if you want, metro station is close and also station for shuttle bus to the airport is close. Lady that is working on the breakfast and cleaning the room is super nice and helpful for all tourist information. Overall, if I ever come back to Rome, I will check if this accommodation is available!

Very well located away from the crowds but easy to get everywhere by walking or the metro. Breakfast was good. Very cute place.

So many wonderful things to say about our stay! Aldo the manager is constantly in touch via what’s app to make sure everything is good. He is very responsive to all your needs. The room is simple but everything is high end. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. The TV is a smart TV and you can log into all your accounts. The Internet is excellent. The room is HUGE! It is the biggest room available in Rome/Europe. The bathroom is also big! Everything updated, very clean and has the necessary toiletries. The water pressure is excellent. The air conditioning works perfectly. The area is safe and close to many points of interest. The room is also very safe. There is a key to enter the main building, a code to enter the lobby/check in area and then a key for your room. The breakfast manager is Audrey. She is super sweet and kind and enjoyable to speak with. The breakfast has a wide variety of pastries and cheeses. They also leave jugs of drinking water for use when you come back in the evening which was a great detail. There is also water in your room. This was one of my favorite stays in all of Europe. You will not be disappointed!

Property was in a great location and felt very safe. Beds comfortable. Everything clean and very modern looking. The bathroom was very small. My husband could barely fit in the shower ? It was odd as the room was so big. Could have made the bathroom bigger with all the room space. Some street noise but not too bad.

The property was clean and well kept. There was a good variety of items as expected for an Italian breakfast. Grateful for Aldo, who insured we arrived at the property with no issues and bus/tours links in preparation of our trip. Thank you to Hannah, Karis and especially Audrey, for their kindness and amazing services. Thank you Audrey as well for your great suggestions/recommendations on trip tips, suggestions to where to eat and allowing our stay and visit to Rome an enjoyable one! ? No issues as our stay was very pleasant with amazing staff. ?

I can not say enough good things about Relias Cola de Rienzo. The property was in a great location & VERY European (in my opinion).Walkable to many excellent restaurants, The Vatican, Trevi Fountain & great shopping. We didn't even realize there was somewhere to stay when we arrived. You enter through a beautiful wooden door into a cool, quite courtyard. Aldo (and his dad!!) & Audrey met us there & helped us with our luggage. YES, there is an elevator but its only big enough for 1 person & their luggage. Our room was large & comfy. BEST bed & pillows we had throughout our whole Italy trip!!! We had a mini fridge with a bottle of cold water & A/C in our room too. Continental breakfast (pastries, yogurts, fruits, cereals & juices) were ready every morning by 8 and the goods were all homemade by Aldo's MOM!!! Audrey & Karis made us some of the BEST cappuccinos of our trip too. There is cold, fresh water & cookies left to snack on if you get hungry later. I left our travel group one afternoon & walked back and discovered I didn't have the room key to get in (knucklehead!!). I text Aldo & got an IMMEDIATE response & he walked me through gaining access without any issues. THANKS ALDO!! On our EARLY MORNING departure Audrey was waiting for us to help us with our luggage & SHE HAD BANANAS FOR US so we didn't leave hungry. WHAT A SWEET GESTURE!!!! Aldo also helped us set up our ride back to the airport. Which was LESS than everything I could find online myself. You will not regret staying at this beautiful, comfortable, quiet B&B!!! I know other complained about the street noise, but we didn't have that issue at all. We did not open the windows at night & used the A/C instead.

They offer very spacious rooms, but this is not a hotel. Its more a B & B, which has its pros & cons. There are multiple units in the building which have nothing to do with the hotel. It is up on the 4th floor and gives a nice view of the street life below. The elevator is very small and you can only fit two people in. Aldo and Audrey were nice and helpful. But they are only there a few hours a day. Again its basically a B & B with6 rooms and a common area. The location is great...a few blocks to the Vatican, a few blocs to the Tiber river and a few blocks to the Metro. Learn the Metro, the best bargain in Rome when you get a two or three day pass. Other than the small elavator and lits of stairs, the other thing that is a pain is the noise at night. There is a cafe bar on the little square downstairs. Its open UNTIL 2AM. If you leave the window open it stays noisey....they do have AC if needed. All in all, we liked it!

Lovely b&b felt safe. Great location close to the vatican & trevi fountain. Lots of Lovely restaurants nearby. Walked to each attraction very easy. Lovely lady running the b&b made us coffee in the morning. Room cleaned to high standard. The room we had (family) was huge. Quite noisy at night being at front of the property & main road & bars. But b&b & building was generally quiet, great aircon & a little fridge. Comfortable accommodation would definitely return. Biscuits in jars & herbal teas left out. Brekkie was continental & pleasant. Getting in and out of the shower was tricky as it was very narrow so not suitable for any issues with mobility.

We liked the location. The room was clean and quiet, nothing fancy but quite comfortable. Communication with the owner was smooth, and the ladies working there were very nice. For breakfast, there was a broad selection of cereals and desserts, but very few veggies. And no hot meals at all. This wasn't mentioned in the reviews I read, so my expectations were higher. Scrambled eggs could be a nice addition.

Spacious room, excellent breakfast, the fridge in the room proved to be very useful. One of the beds partially collapsed due to two loose wooden planks under the mattress.

My stay at the apartment was excellent—clean, comfortable. The breakfast was very good, especially the homemade cakes—th
