The room was very small for 2 person maybe even for one. Bathroom doesn't have shelves and easy access hooks for towels. Minibar's door is transparent and always has lights turned on. I couldn't find button to make it dim so I just used my clothes for obfuscation. Staff while cleaning everyday may search through your belongings. I had my toothbrush and razor in plastic bag. They threw the bag and put hygenic ones. The main minus is that the room small.

Fantastic
-
Its location, friendly staff at reception and conne Ted rooms. The breakfast is below average, it needs complete change ( variety, quality, taste, way of presentation, literally everything!) and staff at breakfast service are extremely unfriendly unhelpful and unpleasant. Rooms need some renovation: the TVs are old and choice of channels is really weird. Bathrooms amenities are old school and below average.

The hotel is in the very convenient location. You can either walk or take the bus to main Rome attractions. Bus stops are around the hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful. They will help you immediately when you need help. Breakfast is very good, room is quiet, very clean and comfortable.

I really liked the gym, it was opened until late and was empty, included water and towels. There was a Starbucks right next door which was really convenient. Location was amazing, right next to Vatican and not far from attractions. Reception staff were lovely.

Location is good and easily accessible. Room was clean…so clean that I had to open the window to get rid of the smell from the cleaning products Bedding is poor..uncomfortable bed…hard flat pillows..lack of bathroom products. Way too many people during breakfast time and a huge rip off with parking fees! That’s the type of place that takes huge advantage of the non stop Rome tourism without really caring. It’s just volume that = Money.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel! The staff is amazing and very supportive - at reception, in the restaurant, cleaners. Very good location - about 15-20 minutes walking to most of the places. Two minor things that the hotel might consider for the future comfort of their guests: 1. Pillows provided are so thin. Even two are not enough. 2. No glasses - only two plastic cups provided for the total week of stay, even though mini-bar has nice selection of drinks.

The location The cleanliness , the breakfast area was not inviting at all, the people working at the restaurant were not friendly whatsoever. The rooms are very small and not that comfortable
-
So accessible, close to St. Peter’s Basilica and other attractions. Located in a 2-way street. Convenient for people with disabilities. The shower room tiles, so slippery when wet.

The property is clean. It was in a safe location.

Location felt super safe. Easy to find. Welcoming. Room was very comfortable and super clean. Very grateful for the elevators! Great breakfast! Loved it, wouldn’t change a thing.

Nothing

The hotel, while not in the heart of central Rome was very easy for walking to all the highlights of Rome. the longest walk I had was to the Colosseum, which was around 45 - 50 minutes. The hotel was close to the river so it was very nice location. The staff were friendly and helpful. I ended up in a room with a round bed. Which meant there’s no side table to put anything. It was not a particularly comfortable room, small, dark, weird bed.

Great complimentary breakfast, nice shower, helpful friendly staff. Traffic was loud. Traffic sound, difficult to control room temperature

Location is excellent. Staff is great and attentive. Breakfast is very good and the rooftop breakfast area is astonishing. The room was alway clean--overall, a great value for the money spent! highly recommended. Wifi was sometimes unstable. Nothing else to report

Everything. Exceptionally clean, staff is very friendly and the location is top notch ?. Breakfast is also very good for a hotel at this price point. Not the best noise insulation, so you can hear some noises from the nearby rooms, but it's not too noticeable. Beds are indeed, as everyone else says, on the hard side, but it didn't stop us from having a good sleep.

The location and the room.

The breaskfast views were very nice, the breakfast was generally OK, I did not miss anything.

Thermostat was not functioning properly, room was very hot, had to turn it off and open windows. Rooms didn’t have good noise cancellation, we were disturbed by noises from the corridor during night.
