We really enjoyed our 3-night stay in this property. Importantly, it has both an elevator and A/C. We were pleasantly surprised by the set-up of the property, with several private en-suite rooms and a shared kitchen with fridge, microwave, dining table, etc. That was great for us to keep cold drinks and bring home our delicious leftover pasta for lunch the next day :) We loved staying in Prati, it felt more like we were surrounded by Romans, not tourists, but everything we wanted to do was a short walk, metro, or bus ride away - all easy to navigate. We will stay again!

Likewise, the price value was quite positive in comparison to much more expensive offers from other facilities in Rome. Moreover, it was generally quite comfy and quite. Have not encountered major issues or disturbancies. Overall great Some minor points that could be fixed. The AC was working although making some weird sounds. Not a deal breaker but perhaps a technical fix would eliminate the issue altogether. Also, there was some dust and an empty bottle under the bed. It would be nice if this was properly cleaned in future visits. Furthermore, not a problem but rather an inconvenience. If there was a small table to put some stuff in the room it would be perfect.

Perfect location, very clean apartment, comfortable room, good equipment, there’s everything you need. The stuff is always in touch. Grazie mille Alessio! Too short stay

The hotel is right next to the Vatican. Everything we needed was available. We would have slept better if the pillows were a little more comfortable.
