The location was nice for access to the Vatican. The room was clean, the air conditioning was excellent There is an elevator for moving luggage BUT you do have to climb about 15 steps to get to it. We had a lot of luggage as we were a large group starting a long trip. The stairs were rough. Also, there was not really a safe place to stow baggage and the little front desk was unmanned. We checked out early to get to a tour, and had requested (weeks in advance) to be able to leave bags with the hotel. Turns out that just meant in the open/common area, unsupervised. We were pretty dissapointed, and it added some stress to our day. The room was nice- but I would not pick it again, especially if I had bags.

The location was super convinient for most of the places we wanted to get to. Easy to get in and out of the building, it had an elevator which is a huge plus for traveling with older adults. The shower had a bit of mold but I know that a lot of people do not turn on the exaust on.

The great thing was the location. Only a 6 minute walk to the Vatican with everything you need for a market just across the street. It was not clean. We found ants in the bathroom and in the bathroom tub and in the room. Also found a lizard in the room.

Great location and great value for the money Nothing

The room could have come with an additional pillow per person, as there was only one pillow each. The sheets were fairly worn.

Accommodations were great. The location is excellent—very close to the Vatican area with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, a short walk to other attractions like the coliseum. It’s a bit of a longer walk from the train station suggest a bus or taxi but still walkable. The room was clean, with cleaning service provided daily. The bed was comfortable, and the facilities were good. The area felt safe, and elevator access was a plus. There’s also a grocery store close by, which was convenient. One of the nicer properties we have stayed at in Italy.

I loved that it was walking distance to most attractions and restaurants. It was only one key for the room and at times there was a smell from the restroom, but not overwhelming and you could leave the window open. I think it would benefit from an extraction fam in the restroom

Lovely location, few steps away from Vatican. The staff is very kind and has accomodated all our needs and extra requests. The WhatsApp communication went smoothly. The neighbourhood is also very nice, both quiet but also lively on some streets, with good restaurants and bistros.

The entry and access to the facilities were seamless. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for the two of us traveling. it was very easy to find and within close proximity to a lot of restaurants in St. Peter’s Square. The staff was very responsive If there was anything that we needed or any questions we had.

No breakfast. Location was good.

It was close to the Vatican, walking distance. There was a room for four adults to sleep. No sign at the door or on the doorbell that identifies the address has been the Popes window. Information was sent via email while we were on a cruise and had no Internet. It would have been helpful to have the Wi-Fi and password so we could sign in and be able to contact them on our arrival since there was no indication that we were at the right place. When we arrived, we learned that the shower was broken, after check-in we learned that the safe key did not work. Francesco was as helpful as he could be, but this was a lot of extra stress we didn’t need on our trip.

The location was great. Close to the Vatican and some nice restaurants. Also very flexible and helpful There was nothing we did not like

Initially, communication was hard with the staff. I tried the email and WhatsApp and got no response. But once Pierpaola got in touch everything was great.

It’s very close to Vatican St. Peter basilica only down there the street 200m to 300m. Through bus no. 64 you can visit most of the places in Rome. Bus available in front of the apartment. It’s very close to Vatican St. Peter church.

Very nice room with comfy beds, fridge, bathroom, air conditioning - all the things we needed for our family trip to Rome. We walked to the Vatican which was very convenient and had some nice meals nearby. The supermarket across the street was good too. Above all, Francesco was always super quick to answer our questions via WhatsApp and he was so helpful! All good
