The location was convenient, and the host was friendly, responsive, and replied to messages very quickly throughout our stay. The rooms are located below ground level, making them very dark with almost no fresh air coming through the windows. The room felt stuffy most of the time. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. I specifically booked this property because breakfast was included, but there was nothing freshly prepared. It consisted only of packaged items such as jam, chocolate spread, cheap supermarket cakes, and even expired fruit yogurt. If breakfast is important to you, I would recommend looking for another place.

The location was very convenient, and quiet. There was a private bathroom and shared kitchen. All was clean and convenient. The apartment was in on a lower floor so it was a little dark. This didn't matter too much since I only slept there.

Simone was very helpful and kind. He did his best to make sure we were comfortable and without any worries. The accommodation was close to St. Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican — less than a 5-minute walk.

I like the location especially that our focus area is the Vatican. It is accessible to transpo and quiet and nice that it felt safe even at night. It’s good place to rest after a long day of exploring the city. The host is super warm and accommodating. He is really nice and helpful to answer all of our questions. There’s some minor leak in the sink but manageable.

Very polite and communicative host, always concerned about whether everything was okay, great location near the Vatican 4 minutes walk and if you Google chiesa vicina a me you will find several nearby churches just walk, each one more beautiful than the other, it is near by from a lot of historic and good places just walk very happy with the chosen location and service.

It is close to the San Peter‘s church. The environment is quiet. And Simone is a very nice host. We had a very good time here！
