We had 3 aircon, but worked properly only one, if you don’t like be cooked don’t book it! Very strange window in the toilet

Friendly staff, wonderful buffet. I was traveling with my family, they gave me two room and both room were under one door Air conditioning was not controlled from the room. One has to call reception so they can adjust it for you

The twin beds pushed together to make a full size bed. But the beds were comfortable!

I especially enjoyed the location and the first class service! It’s a 3 minute walk to St. Peter’s Square and a 2 minute walk to lots of dining with sidewalk tables. I felt very pampered with the hotel’s unexpected perks and service. Nothing could have been better.

I wanted an extra night, but the hotel didn't have room. By staying again, I left memories that came back to life, this time with my family.

The safety in neighborhood Someone took two items from my luggage that I tried to reach out to property and see if they could look into it but no response. Wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone e and especially of you have expensive clothes. A very expensive romper was taken from me and my international transformer

The rooms, accommodations, the food, the staff were all wonderful ! Also, it is down the street from the Vatican which was perfect as practicing Catholics to experience waking up to the Vatican was amazing surreal experience. That I couldn’t have stayed longer (due to my trip ending)

The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. We were treated as family. After a long international flight, we were able to check into our room early. The room was very clean. I appreciated the bathroom having accessible bars, since I am still recovering from hip surgery. I liked that it was minutes away from the Vatican, since we spent much time there.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful. We chose this hotel for its location close to the Vatican. Our room was comfortable and very clean. I felt it would have been nice to have a restroom on the first floor instead of either having to go up to your room or down a level.

The location was great. The hotel is very close to the Vatican and in a nice neighborhood with several shops. The hotel is very nice, included breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. The overall experience was great. We liked everything about the booking and our stay. There is nothing to complain about here. We will surely return.

Clean, nice room with a balcony. Breakfast was great. Location to Vatican City Some breakfast staff were having an argument one morning. Air conditioner was poor. We suffered from being too hot while sleeping

Hotel was very clean, great location, and the breakfast was really good. We checked in a couple hours before the check-in time. Even though the room was available, we were told they had to charge us for an extra night because of the early check in.
