The room was a perfect size and location, pretty quiet and had a small balcony. The breakfast was accommodating to my gluten free needs. The owner was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend if you are looking to be close to the Vactican City.

Breakfast at the offsite bar Squili was great. Proximity to St Peter’s Basilica was the main selling point of the property. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The shower head didn’t work, only the handheld wand. The balcony looked out over other apartments instead of over the basilica dome as was advertised.

Location fantastic. Room perfect clean. Nice balcony. Nice small bar under the building where you can spend hour after long day of trawling Breakfast it just coffee and croissant. Maybe it call Italian breakfast. And it’s fine. But if you expecting for more then that you have to pay.

Coming from a nearby casa per ferie that was booked in advance, you can definitely get better options for less, still in the same great location.

The place is very convenient and walking distance to Vatican City. The Bistro they give you tokens for breakfast is very good. Their pastries are outstanding. The view from the window did let us see The Dome. The elevator was a throw back, which I found authentic and cool. We did not use public transportation, but it was a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. Lots of restaurants, gift shops and supermarkets within a couple minute walk. I did mark that I wouldn't stay there again, only because it is a little too far away from the rest of the sites in Rome and the taxi cost back and forth were getting a little high. We are not public transportation type of person.

Great directions on how to access the building and my room. Location is a 10-15 min walk to the Vatican. Perfect size room for solo travel. Very clean room and bathroom, and a very comfortable bed! There's a very small balcony for fresh air and a view of the Vatican! There were directions on how to control the wall fan/AC. However, it is spring and having the balcony doors open for fresh air was plenty!

This is a very clever use of an apartment & is typical of those in Italy & Spain. I had a small room with a single bed & small desk, which was perfect for me. Everything was super clean & comfortable. I absolutely loved the tiny balcony with its view of St Peter’s dome. It was nice to have the use of the shared kitchen to make coffee (instructions for the coffee maker would have been useful) & the use of cutlery & crockery. The jugs of cold water in the fridge were a God send

Coffee and tea in the room.

The hostess was super helpful, she always made sure I had all the information I needed. The location was great! The room is tiny, not that it is uncomfortable, but it's really really small. Still ok if you only sleep there, even resting becomes uncomfortable as it feels claustrophobic, but this might be very personal.

The breakfast available in the room was very reasonable since the price was fair. The Room was excellent to the point that was even better than many 4-star Hotels I have been to. The Location is excellent since you are 10 10-minute walk from St. Peter Cathedral (Vatican Area). No doubt We will be back, especially to see Valentina again, who is professionally friendly towards Guests. There was no Bin in the Kitchen, however, I believe they have a reason to not provide a Bin in the Kitchen (You will have a bin in your bathroom) since I used to work in the same Industry (Hospitality). Sometimes people have bad manners which might upset the Host or cause them extra work.

Excellent location, only 5 -7 min walk to Vatican St Pietro Basilica, 20 mins to Ottavio Metro and literally 2 min walk to bus stops to Piazza Venezzia or Termini Station I wish bathroom was bigger
