Near Vatican, Air conditioned, centrally located, quiet, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Grocery stores, restaurants and bus lines close. There is no view from room.

There is so many positive things to say about this place. The location and staff are both spectacular. The bathroom and bed were wonderful and on a hot summer night here in Rome the AC was a blessing. I was able to fortunately find this place when I was short on time and oh boy I’m glad I did. I would recommend this place to just about anyone when I’m back in Rome. I will think about this place again 10 out of 10 stars the staff is so nice!

The hotel is very clean and well organized. The staff are very friendly, polite, and helpful. The location is excellent, only a 5-minute walk to the Vatican, and there are many restaurants nearby. We had an amazing stay. It was an incredible few days! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything was perfect!

Wonderful location near The Vatican. Very helpful staff. Would definitely return here when visiting Rome. Very safe neighborhood and walkable to many good dining spots. It is air conditioned and when you visit Rome in the summertime that’s a necessity. Parking may be a problem because it is a busy part of town.

The location to Vatican City was amazing- a quick 5 minute walk.

Location to the Vatican. No more than a 10 minute walk. One short block away from a variety of restaurants and stores.

Walls were thin. You could hear everything from the corridor and the next room.

Clean, quiet, excellent location. Mini market just down the street.

Comfy bed; pleasant and helpful front desk staff. Our room was really noisy- a lot of hallway noise. It was a basic room. The hotel is single story in the middle of an apt complex- a little odd with no window view. Close to Vatican and great restaurants nearby. Stayed here vs airport hotel for value.

Great location!! And so cute, tucked into a courtyard surrounded by apartments. Lovely staff, so kind and helpful. Valentino overheard another guest and me talking about needing some kind of non dairy creamer and the next thing you know, he had quietly gone around the corner to the market and some oat milk magically appeared! We were so surprised and that is listening for your guests needs and meeting them! Very nice breakfast Slightly small room but we should have read the description and dimensions more closely.

Breakfast is minimal and basic.

The decor in the room is so cozy and pleasant. The size of the room is about average. Overall it is a great room for the value. The location. The surrounding buildings in the courtyard yard with laundry hanging outside is unusal.

I really like the inside accommodations, the comfort, the cleanliness the staff were all excellent!I highly recommend and will be back hopefully someday. The one recommendation I would have is for them is to pressure wash or clean Their sign outdoors, it was a little dirty.

The staff. They were wonderful!! It did not have windows or views. A flat level in a lot. Plants with plant lights on all day to mask the idea that you were in a windowless box.

The location was fairly good It was a bit awkward as the place was inside a residential compound.

Great location - very close to the Vatican! The room with the plant-wall was a little bit damp, because of them. But with opening the windows it could be managed

Close to the Vatican, but was more like a dormitory. Surprisingly since the price was high. No bar or restaurant in this facility. It was strange, like in the courtyard of an apartment complex of 4 tall buildings. Would not stay there again. They did change our comforter when we requested due to stains, but one should not have to ask.

Location is excellent Hotel could have been bigger .
