Hotel is modern and comfortable. Our room had very good air conditioning, it was very clean. It was quiet at night with good blackout curtains. Breakfast was very good with variety of selections. Staff was very attentive and pleasant. Rooftop bar has nice view and pleasant environment. Location in Trastevere can't be beaten.

The location for Trastevere was great. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but clean. I thought the breakfst could be better.

Location Bar (rooftop) could you use some help with better munchie menu / cocktail menu that is not diner service….ie slider smash burgers , pizza , fries ,simple charcuterie.

Location, the look for the hotel, modern amenities, nice size rooms. Very nice polite staff. Welcoming environment. A little bit of ants in the bathroom on the floor - just needs attention. Shower door gets water spilled all over bathroom floor a needs attention. Rooftop bar - it was just so hot and could use fans.

We loved the location, it was very central to the restaurants and nightlife of Trastevere and an easy walk over the Tiber to central Rome. The hotel was beautiful and our room was clean and spacious with beautiful windows. Room service was great. The rooftop bar was beautiful with great drinks and a beautiful view. Although the breakfast was good and the setting lovely, it was overpriced. Most mornings we just opted for local bakeries for breakfast. Room wasn't ready right at 2PM but they compensated us with free drinks on the rooftop.

Everything and everyone we interacted with. Sorry to say that of all things being otherwise amazing, the bed pillows were surprisingly low grade and lumpy despite all other luxuries in our hotel and throughout this beautiful hotel.

I splurged a bit on this hotel, but it was well worth it! The room was stunning, modern, clean, quiet/private, well planned out, clean, and in a great area. Bonus points for the rooftop restaurant with a stunning view! I've already recommended to friends and would stay here again! Price

Quiet location with lovely rooftop restaurant for drinks and supper and super helpful staff. Rooms were well appointed, impeccably clean, and hotel full service such as laundry and organizing car to airport. No complaints

Friendly & helpful staff; very nice, clean and quiet room (we were on 6th floor). Staff provided information that helped us with tour destinations, taxi service and local eateries. Loved the courtyard! Rooms need 1-2 confortable chairs to site in to read. Though the 1st floor court yard was always opent, we were told the 7th floor area (with comfy patio furniture) was NOT avaible, even when there was no on - or very few guests there. This is a great resource that should be availabe to all guests as long as they didn't interfer with guests there for food & drink.

The room was very clean, but small. There is one little desk chair so no place for a couple to sit except the bed. The facilities were clean and the Trastevere location is good. The historic district is close but you are able to escape the crowds and experience a neighborhood in Rome. The staff, particularly the roof terrace lrestaurant and breakfast staff were not friendly and made you feel they were doing you a favor to wait on you. The temperature of the food was not up to American standards (cold eggs, warm drinks. The second daywe went to breakfast the selection was very meager for the price. The bathroom fixtures in our room need to be replaced. They have corroded.

Great location, quiet, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff I arrived at 12:30pm after a long flight and wanted to shower - wish they would have allowed me to check in but I had to wait until 2pm
