The property is wonderful with a luxury feel, very clean and spacious with high ceilings, the air con is great, mini bar amenities are a nice touch and came in handy. The location and entrance the building is very safe with multiple doors and gates with code and key access which puts you at ease. The bed is quite hard and makes a lot of noise when moving which can disturb sleep but that is personal preference.

Being right in the centre of Rome, the location is great! The staff were super useful and friendly and at times went above and beyond - we bought some flowers and without asking they gave us a vase during our stay. Fresh water was provided each day - that was great especially during a heatwave... The quality of the breakfast was excellent but perhaps maybe a few more options in terms of continental or traditional; some options were very similar...

Very clean hotel, looked charming and amazing location. Easy to walk anywhere and closed to lots of shops, restaurants and gelato staff was also friendly and helpful with our luggage when we arrived early. Not much.

Staff extremely helpful, friendly and capable. Room very clean and comfortable. Unbeatable location for all Rome sights. Nice little bar restaurant with great staff and excellent choice of food and drink, plus happy hour! Bathroom was fully equipped but a little small, a minor complaint. While staff were generally very helpful they booked our taxi at a rate above Rome regulated standard airport fare which was very annoying. But Booking.com do exactly the same thing so beware this generally and simply use the official city taxis for best rates.
