Loved location, decor was so chic, upscale, full of color, art very cool-the bar area, dining area, room very nice and spacious had all the comforts of home. The staff at the front desk super friendly and knowledgeable. Bar tender and wait staff super friendly. LOVED Loved everything

Room comfort and breakfast

the property is in a great location with shops and restaurants within walking distance along with many sights and attractions. The room was expansive, the bed was very comfortable and both the bedroom and the bathroom were spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. There was also a closet/desk/coffee/tea area that was also spacious and convenient for all our clothes suitcases and nick-nacks. The balcony was nice but did not have an opportunity to use it (January visit!) We also had dinner at the restaurant on arrival and it was sumptuous along with the great service. We also had breakfast each day and we enjoyed the variety of the menu and again the great service! Everyone was very friendly, helpful and courteous! We had a marvelous experience. The one thing to be aware is the steps down from the bedroom to the rest of the room, it can be a bit difficult to remember at night especially so we left a light on in the bathroom to give us enough illumination to avoid any mishaps

It was a one night booking, and I honestly did not enjoyed my stay, the AC kept shutting down during our sleep.

Not deserving of 2 Michelin keys that’s for sure Not what you would expect for 5 star in terms of personalization of stay and front desk support

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay. Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly professional, paying great attention to every detail, and their kindness towards my two chihuahuas was truly priceless. From the delightful breakfast to the exquisite dinner at your lovely restaurant, every moment was thoroughly enjoyable. The room was the perfect size and the terrace offered an incredible view that added to the overall charm of our stay. Thank you for making our visit so memorable. I look forward to staying with you again in the future.

Beautiful interiors, excellent location, top quality service and cleanliness and amazing staff. We love coming back to Hotel Vilon! Sewage smell at certain times of the day in the communal staircase. Very typical of Rome.
