Location Clean Breakfast at Zuma restaurant Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The plates and glasses had a very strong unpleasant smell, similar to rotten eggs, making them completely unusable. In addition, the menu had a very limited selection of food, with very few options available. This was far below our expectations, and I hope these issues will be addressed to improve future guests’ experiences.

Amazing location and beautiful room, bright lovely spacious. The staff were amazing courteous and informative. There is no spa/gym. But I’d still stay at this hotel over and over again!

We regret to stay in this hotel Compared to the room rate, the service and facilities were not worth the price. Only one 750ml bottle of water was provided in the room, and during turndown service, only two 250ml bottles were given. Guests were not allowed to request additional water, so I ended up having to buy water outside, despite the extremely hot weather conditions. The air conditioning in the room was centrally controlled and was turned off after we left the room at 10 a.m. The breakfast selection was very limited, and when I asked for additional bacon, the staff appeared unwilling to accommodate the request and did not provide good service.

The property was very private & exclusive. Enjoyed the private tour at the Fendi Flagship Store. Our room - Deluxe Suite Room 5 experienced power outage 3x.

Every thing was perfect! The hotel building, staff was incredible, respectful and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast was great and well served. Eleonora, Vitoria and Frederica were so nice!! In fact all staff was great including private transfer, Zuma restaurant. I got an upgrade and my room was a dream come true. Fendi furniture, anazing amenities, presents, a beautiful welcome gift and fresh flowers. Water, coffee, chocolates and cookies were available and tea served at night. 10!!! Amazing experience! Will come back soon.

Location was amazing. You can go almost everywhere by walking. Cleaning was perfect, staff was kind. This hotel worths what it costs The breakfast menu was weak, because of that we had to eat the same things everyday
