Never Again As Booking.com now knows, The police were called - the building owner wouldnt come out - the people operating the room lettings started hanging up the phone then wouldnt answer. They cancelled our bookings - me and two separate couples. They said they were hacked and our bookings were made by hackers - not true. we all had proof of our bookings on our apps - zero reason to cancel our bookings. If they were Hacked theyre customer service consisted of cancelling our bookings, then just ignoring us. Stay well clear of this company .

I am proving the worst review possible because after a last minute cancelation from this hotel, booking told me to make a reservation at Dimora Frattina and that they would refund me for the difference of 695 euros! After several calls and emails booking continue to refuse to give me back my money!! Do not accept this booking solution!! It's a scam!! How could I like anything there if Booking cancelled my reservation the same day I should have been there Because of this horrible application that is called Booking I lost my entire holiday. Booking.com sent me a message with the cancellation of the payed reservation the day I should have left. It is unacceptable how they procedeed. For this reason a lot of complaints are on the way.

Great location Very basic for what you pay

The accommodation is very well situated in a lovely building with the quaintest old lift. The shower was good with plenty of hot water. We welcomed the little fridge and the air conditioning. This is the second time that we stayed here and I think it was looking a bit run down. I was quite disappointed. The bed was really saggy in the middle and the legs looked like they were about to give way. The tap on the sink in the bathroom had seen better days. The curtains were dirty at the bottom and one of our windows appeared to give no sound proofing whatsoever - we couldn’t work out why. I don’t think I’d come back again.

The location is very good, close to some attractions and all the clothing boutiques. There are many restaurants and cafés nearby. Communication with the host was very easy and pleasant. The woman who cleaned the apartment was very kind. The apartment is located in an old building, and I assume it has wooden beam construction, because everything creaks when you walk. You can also hear the neighbors around us very clearly. The reception area was practically above our heads, figuratively speaking. When one person in the building wakes up, everyone wakes up. Personally, we couldn’t rest well after a long day. The bed and pillows were not comfortable for us, and the bed also creaked.
