Extremely clean and well located. Silvia was an excellent host. There are 3 rooms here. Room 1 apparently the smallest and had not even a place for a small chair. The only place to sit was on the bed

Location was excellent. Everything was super clean. Hosts were very kind and also very responsive. The only reason for a 9 was that it was super hot when we visited Rome and our room didn’t get as cool as I would like.

Breakfast was continental and self-served, would have prepared fresh food and bakeries.

The room was perfect for us. It was in a really nice part of town, shops, convenience stores and main sites close by. It was an added bonus having the breakfast provided. The host was really friendly too and told us about the good restaurants in the area (Gingers). Nothing… it was perfect!

Amazing accommodations right in the middle of the historical Rome. The hosts were great and the property was clean and affordable. We would’ve liked more toiletry in the rooms. But a very minor thing.

Spotlessly clean. Location is perfect with easy access to two metro locations and within walking distance of many major attractions. Good breakfast to start your day. Very old, charming but functional elevator to access the fourth floor accommodations. Tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. Most importantly, our host Silvie is a rock star! My husband, unfortunately, got pickpocketed our last day in Rome and his passport, ID, credit cards and cash were all stolen. When we contacted Silvie for assistance about what to do, she immediately responded, made phone calls for us and gave us very helpful, clear advice about how to best handle the situation. She also arranged for a private driver to pick us up early the next morning so we could get to the airport in time to possibly be cleared to fly home as scheduled (which we were able to do!?) Cannot say enough positive things about our stay here or our host! 5+ stars!!! Shower was small but adequate. You can hear street noise at night but, personally, I feel like that is just part of being in the heart of Rome! No complaints about our wonderful stay.

The location is amazing ….the flat is super special … it’s super clean… the host is amazing and so friendly and attentive. Book here!!! There is nothing !!! It was perfect in every way!!!

Neat three bedroom apartment. Great bath small room for 2 people only. The kitchen is very small and open from 7-10 am, I think. Tea and coffee options with bread and fruit. Small refrigerated items. Host was friendly and available as needed. Better fresher breakfast options. Directions should state what building it is or more detailed.

Very charming apartment; bathroom facilities in great working order; small fridge in the room for snacks and drinks; having shared breakfast area with prepped pastries, cookies, coffee/tea And the wonderful host Sylvia!! The property is perfect; but there was considerable street noise very early in the mornings, possibly from garbage collection workers/trucks

Nothing! We loved everything. Even the small elevator, though old, was very charming to use!

Quiet, centrally located

So welcoming comfortable, extremely clean and in a perfect location. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. Sylvia thought of everything to make our stay perfect!
