Nothing. The stay was extremely disappointing and did not meet any basic standards. Everything. The room was dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor, the bed was worn out and uncomfortable, lighting was insufficient, there was no sound insulation, and basic amenities were missing. The window blind was nonfunctional and the overall condition was poorly maintained. Breakfast was not provided as promised.

They gave us another room from a different location, the property didn't speak in English so it was hard to manage the issue. The place was miserable. the toilet doesn't have a cover so you couldn't sit on it.

Nothing, it was horrible Everything, it wasn’t anything like the photos, and it was disgusting. Dust everywhere, broken and dirty toilet, mold in the bathroom, moldy shower curtain, the shower head had no holder, kitchen was ok but the fridge/ freezer was dirty with rotten food, bed room had dirty sheets that smelled like sweat, the sheets had so many blood stains, the walls had stains on them, like ejection stains, dust on everything, finger prints on all black surfaces, and broken / burnt seats and coaches. Not only that the owner was horrible he refused to help us and then blamed us for his gross apartment. He told us that someone else was staying in the place and thats why it could have been dirty but that day in the morning he offered to let us have all 3 rooms so that excuse doesn’t make any sense, no one else was in the apartment before we arrived that day so it should have been cleaned fully when we got there, that was clearly not the case. He didn’t even provide the breakfast that was included because he said we left too early when we left at 10am at check out, he said the breakfast person came at 10:02, and it was our fault we left, mean while he told us he’d send us the breakfast info via text. DO NOT STAY HERE. I have way more photos if anyone wants to see.

Nothing, literally nothing, this is the worst place I have ever booked. Everything, the communication, fake description, no towels, no handwashing, worst doors, can’t close or open, literally everything was disgusting.

Actually it's not like pics. The room is very small. Too tiny one.

Not clean Cleanliness

The price-quality ratio is perfect :)as for Rome, it is very cheap and for a stopover for 2-3 nights is quite suitable. Didn't like the fact that on the first day there was no hot water, I immediately informed the host about it, he was on the phone the whole time, but the solution was not found immediately and in such a case there should be compensation, not a hint that the faucet should be turned to the left ? provided there was a plumber in the bathroom when we checked in. Also didn't like the moment with the instructions for getting the keys, I was asked to pay the tourist fence for all days first and only then sent the information. This is not hospitable and unpleasant! Overall the room is ok but lacks coziness and updating the inventory All the stuff is very old

The room was spacious and clean. There was no toilet paper.

The toilet was dirty and seat was broken, no light. Kitchen was absolutely filthy. Rooms were clean.

Exceptional

Clean place with bus stand and grocery store nearby.The cleaning staff did a good Kitchen had all basic amenities. Triple room was good but single room was way too small and cold for winters. Breakfast was provided in a nearby cafe which only includes a coffee and croissant.

Very poor

They didn't provide the breakfast.. because of holidays.. but they didn't inform it earlier. Bed covers are not enough for the winter. Pillows are useless. TV Is not working. Washroom are clean.

The room was clean. And also value for money. The room wasn't prepared. We picked the blankets ourselves from the cabinet in hall. The customer support wasn't active enough. Also, when we booked it was mentioned that breakfast is included but they didn't even give us response.

The property is good but they need to listen to their guest about their concern because we encounter that the receptionist we feel like we are not welcome.
