The room was nice, clean. The garden was beautiful. All the staff in the front desk, cleaning girls and the breakfast personal was very kind and gentle. I don't like that they don't have microwave to used there. Neather in the room or in the hotel in general.

The hotel is considered far from the city center.

I enjoyed the AC. It was wonderfully powerful. The shower is really small and the water temperature is inconsistent. I only wished that the shuttle would run more frequently and perhaps to more locations?

This was the most beautiful hotel we stayed at during our entire stay in Europe. It is far from the city, but very easy to access with a bus. There are two buses that are close by and we had no issues going to and from Rome to our hotel the facility itself was gorgeous. The breakfast was really great and all of the staff were super helpful would stay here again. Nothing.

Super friendly and supportive staff - there were few issues but they addressed them immediately! Spacious, clean, and comfortable room. Far from city centre but hotel arranged shuttle, which is very helpful! unfortunately, disappointing breakfast and not good coffee (particularly disappointing).

I think that location is a little bit ....remote. My room had only a small window.

I was surprised to see the driveway while I was opening the window and I was living on the 5th floor. Also, I used the kettle to boil water for my hot tea and I found the water was muddy.

breakfast was really nice. beds were comfy too far from the city center. you have to use taxi all the time. rooms were not sound proof. you could all the noise from other rooms at the same floor. pillows were really uncomfortable

The location is a little far from most of the attractions. They do have a free shuttle to the metro.

The staff are very friendly and the neighbourhood is very cosy! I would give them 11 out of 10!
