It is just located in a nice and quiet neighborhood and 10 mins walking distance away from central attractions. Host is one of the nicest and kind person you’ll ever meet. He deals with every problem and question you come up with. Also, room and common areas are very clean and comfy.

The property was quiet, clean and modern. It was located near ish to Rome Termini station and a short walk into the town centre. Breakfast and coffee was included and available at all times. The private bathroom had a glass wall and was therefore if you were using the toilet or the shower, your partner was able to see you from the bed which was slightly uncomfortable. The door to the private bathroom was just a piece of wood that slid into place and didn’t provide any privacy or noise cancellation. On the first night, the toilet would also frequently make a very loud pumping and clattering noise. Initially we concluded that it was other tenants using their toilet but on further inspection we found that the flush was stuck down, therefore constantly releasing water into the toilet and the loud noise was the toilet refilling its water tank. We fixed this for the second night by removing the flush cover as it was pushing against the flush all night.

The location is great, the owner was very nice and accommodating. The facilities were adequate for everything one would basically need, but not much more. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great, but it was very clean.

Clean, up to date, nice location. It’s an apartment with separate rooms. Lots of keys. I think we 4 different ones.
