2. very nice location, u can easily walk to some major sites or even Vatican 3. not really small room, for one person with a big suitcase it’s definitely enough

THE LOCATION!!!! Very near from everything you don’t need to use uber if you book in this hotel! Room was old but very clean!

The location and the staff We have stayed here 5 times in the last 7 years and it has gotten progressively worse. Whoever does the renovations should be fired. Pipes sticking out of the walls, skirting around tub falling off, patio door drafty. Just an old hotel that needs to be properly renovated. They are getting away with band aid repairs because of location!

Location I had to change rooms because bed was uncomfortable

Location was really ideal Room wasn’t ready at check in. There was no waiting area no coffee etc. The room itself smelled and was falling apart. Walll covering falling off. Bathroom curtain dirty. Overall bad place to stay. Felt like it was in a basement.

Everything about it was perfect for me! Love the location because you can walk outside and immediately be at the Pantheon for drinks or eating a delicious restaurant or walk a little more and the Vatican. Take a very quick $9 taxi to Trevi Fountain even though it was raining one night it was so easy and the hotel provided my umbrella. The cutest streets outside to walk in and shopping is there too. It was perfect Only didn’t like that I had to leave

The location was absolutely amazing — we were within a 30-minute walk of everything we wanted to do, with no need for buses. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made the stay easier. We stayed in room 210, which I believe is their best room, and while it wasn’t luxurious, it was clean enough and came with a fridge, TV, luggage closet, and a comfortable bed. Another positive was that we were able to book last minute after our original Airbnb cancelled, which saved our trip. The price point was also much more affordable than other options in Rome. The room itself was quite basic and bare-bones. There were some missing floorboards, scratches on the walls, and the bathroom had an odd layout. Overall, the room felt a bit mediocre, though not nearly as bad as I had expected based on other reviews.

The building Italian architecture. The room was full of mold, HEALTH HAZARD! Wet floors, wet walls, holes in walls filled with towels that were wet against drain pipes. The hotel staff said all this was listed on booking.com website. Booking .com knew about it all. When it was advertised on booking.com it was for $181.00 when transaction happened it was for $255.00 I will dispute the charges and the stay with the credit card company. Will be contacted by our attorneys for medical attention needed for the mold in the room we were breathing for the night stay. Hotel staff was notified owners were notified by hotel staff and all said the same thing booking.com was aware of everything including the holes in the walls. If booking.com and its owners have the tiniest of brains they would refund the cost of the stay plus the medical costs due to knowing these issues with 939 hotel, because of the lawsuit will cost them millions. Initial lawsuit has started and will be followed by a class action lawsuit.

Our stay in Rome was made absolutely perfect, and we owe a huge thank you to the wonderful staff. We want to give a special shout-out to the Filipina receptionist working the morning shift. She was, without a doubt, the highlight of our visit. Her warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating personality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She was always ready to help with a genuine smile, offering great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. It is this level of outstanding and personal service that makes a good hotel great. Because of her exceptional hospitality, we are already looking forward to our next trip to Rome. We will surely be booking here again and hope to be welcomed by her once more. Thank you for making our trip so special.

The room felt like it hadn't been deep cleaned; especially the bathroom - the shower had quite a bit of grime.

The location is great. The shower was very narrow and water was going all over the bathroom floor.

The location was perfect!! We could walk to everywhere! Rooms were okay. We are not type of people who spend the day at the room.. we only came to hotel to sleep.. so it was okay for us. They had cleaned our room and changed the towels everyday

This hotel is in a GREAT location! Everything we wanted to see was within a very reasonable walking distance. We were lucky to find a place here, as our original booking didn't work out, and we needed somewhere to stay on the fly. They had one room open. It was very clean, with comfortable sleeping accommodations, a modern bathroom, easy-to-control room temperature, and even though the room was on the small side, there were enough places to put our stuff that we weren't tripping over it all the time. Each of the front desk clerks we interacted with was great - friendly, helpful, and always polite. The wi-fi was strong and always worked well. It was reasonably priced given the quality of the hotel and the excellent location. They even had a small elevator (lift) that was great for moving luggage and saving our tired legs and feet! The only thing that could have been better was the TV. We didn't watch much because the signal wasn't great, and we couldn't set the subtitles to English. Luckily, most of our time was spent sightseeing, so the only time we would try to put it on was for an hour or two before bed, so we just scrolled on our phones instead.

The location was excellent with everything accessible by foot. Extremely small rooms, low natural light, depressing bathrooms, small corridors. Please note that at evening time there is nothing open at the area. Not even for food or water.
