The room is very clean. Mario is a very kind and good person. He prepared a folder in the room containing all the necessary information. Before my trip, he had also sent me the addresses of all the useful websites in Rome. Metro and tramvay is very near to this b&b. First of all, I would like to say that I have previously stayed in other B&Bs, and I am not comparing this place to a hotel. Unfortunately, there is no safe box in the room, and because of this, I had to carry all my money and documents with me every day when going out. There is no kettle or coffee maker in the room. For tea or coffee, I had to go to the third floor where the shared kitchen is located. This was very difficult for me since I have knee pain, especially because there is no elevator. There is also not even a small refrigerator in the room. Only one shared refrigerator is available on the third floor for all guests. Since everyone has access to it, using it is not comfortable, as I do not know the other guests and someone might touch or move my belongings. Unfortunately, all the kitchen equipment is old and worn (although very clean). Breakfast is not properly served. For example, fresh and clean orange juice is provided, but only one small glass per table, which is not even completely full and is left uncovered. If an unstable person were present, it would be very easy for someone to put something into it, especially since breakfast is arranged from 8:00 a.m. and some guests may arrive later. And breakfast consists only of what you see in the photo, plus cornflakes. The bed and wardrobe in the room are very old, and the mattress and pillows are extremely soft and worn out, causing back pain. The bathroom is also very small.

A small, beautiful house with three guest rooms. A well appointed eating area with refrigerator and oven/microwave is available on the top floor. A very nice roof patio that was very relaxing. Close to the Metro. The owner has put together a great book introducing guests to the area and how to get around. Lots of restaurants within easy walk. A very relaxing place to stay and see Rome. Very comfortable and Mario is an exceptional host. Breakfast is a delight. Although it is a bit far from city centre, taking the tram (avoiding buses) will take you anywhere in a fair amount of time.

We really enjoyed our stay here, Mario was the perfect host and made us feel welcome. Mario also helped as when our flight was a late night one we asked if we could keep the room for the day to give us more time to pack and a place to keep our belongings while we made the most of our last day. The breakfast was lovely everything was laid out for whenever you fancied to go up and have it. The terrace was gorgeous and so much prettier than you could think. My only down side was the location the surrounding area isn't too great however there is an amazing restaurant that Mario recommended, and there are also many ways in transportation around so you don't have to walk around the neighbourhood if yo don't want to. For example we used the trams and they made our life very easy.

Well maintained, good energy and great service. The breakfast was nice and refreshing, good shower and clean apartment. Far away from the city center, the area itself does not look like a good neighborhood: dirty streets, vandalized walls by inscriptions everywhere around, the tram looks like a rack.

Good Quality for good price. Breakfest was bad but xou can have it somewhere outside.

It is a very clean property, that has the best host I’ve met. The bed really comfortable, bathroom very clean and really close to the metro, bus and tram. We had a perfect time there, the host Mario was very friendly and helpful all the time! I liked everything

Everything was okay just the AC we felt that it wasn't cooling enough but besides that everything was perfect

Everything was excellent, Mario the owner is an exceptional friendly and helpful person, who gave us the best suggestions how to get to the attractions of Rome. For the breakfast we got every morning some delicious surprise. We will come back again to him for sure at our next visit to Rome. Nothing to complain

We were greeted with a very warm welcome from Mario and we were made feel at home right from the start. The room was very clean and had a lovely view over the garden. The location is a little out of the city but close to the tram and bus stop so wasn’t that much of an inconvenience. The breakfast was great and had something different each morning. Would definitely recommend this place thanks again Mario for a lovely stay.

The place is nice and the staff is super friendly. The terrace is lovely. It’s super easy to get from the Termini train station.

Nice location, very quiet and good placed, close to commuting stations. Mario was an amazing host, very friendly, and always making sure we have everything we need. Room very clean, good breakfast and an amazing green garden. Highly recommend!!!

We were pleasantly surprised at how cozy it is and how everything has been thought of. We will stay here again if we go to Rome again. The rooms were cleaned every day.
