The neighborhood is fine. The room located in a perfect palace, easy to reach the main tram line. Like 3 minutes walk and even safe in the late night too. The breakfast is a bit confusing as it served in a very close bakery. Not clear what is included and what is not, or how many croissant is in the price. Nothin g I can mentione here.

- bed was comfortable, big closet and fridge - breakfast provided by the nearby Cafe was great local experience - metro was nearby and had great access to all sight seeing spots and termini station - many restaurants and big supermarket nearby - there was plenty of noise from above and other tenants, but during the night it was mostly fine and we could find sleep - some utensils like a wine opener would have been nice

Nice and clean rooms. Good location next to metro station, you can get to the center in less than 20 minutes. Typical breakfast with coffee and croissant.

The room is in the basement and there is nothing. No chairs no plates or glasses. We bought a melon and canot eat it. This is only for one night standing.

Very nice apartment. Everything is clean, air conditioning works. Friendly owner and great breakfast in the cafe next door. Good quality at affordable prices.

Very clean, easy to access and had everything we needed (including a fridge and breakfast). Close to a supermarket and a couple of good restaurants. Location was a bit far out of the city, but close to a main metro line so this wasn’t an issue.

The location is great, the metro station is really close to the apartment so it's easy to reach the centre of Rome (around 20min trip). There's an amazing 24 hour grocery shop nearby which has everything you may need. Breakfast was served in a nearby coffee shop and was small but amazing! Room 1 is very small and it's in a basement. It has a small window and it's extremely humid. We didn't mind the room size since we didn't spend much time in it but the humidity is a real problem, towels don't get dry even after the entire day. It could be cleaner too. Also, the owner could provide at least a couple of glasses or mugs, there's nothing to drink from besides a few paper cups for espresso.
