Clean room and good breakfast

The hotel was overpriced considering the facilities and services provided. It was priced close to a 4-star hotel, but it definitely did not feel like a 4-star experience. Also, the breakfast was very basic and limited.

Located very near the St Peter's Square and Vatican City, near public transport and restaurants. Very friendly and flexible host who adapted breakfast time to our agenda, good breakfast. Our room was cleaned every day. It has air conditioning/heating. We paid additionally for the transfer from the airport due to arriving in the evening. The driver helped us to enter the room (reception works only until 15.00).

I would say the breakfast could be improved, but it was not bad.

They leave me mor than 25 min. in the street in the first day coz I came to the hotel late according to delay from the flight

We stayed in a quadruple room within this shared apartment, and the experience was extremely uncomfortable. The walls are very thin—you can hear conversations, movements, and even toilets flushing from all three neighboring rooms. As a result, we felt forced to whisper constantly. Breakfast is served in a very small hall inside the apartment, with only four tables, which is clearly insufficient for all guests. We often had to wait in our room until someone else finished eating to take their place. The breakfast itself was extremely poor: one cold boiled egg, a stale store-bought pastry, a bag of toast, and a very small sandwich with barely a slice of cold cut and a trace of cheese. The service was unacceptable. On the first day, we were literally pushed out of breakfast at 10:00, despite having received a message the day before stating that, exceptionally on January 1st, breakfast would be served until 11:00. The woman serving breakfast abruptly removed the tray of food without asking whether we were finished—an extremely rude attitude. The location is only convenient if you plan to visit the Vatican multiple times. Otherwise, it is far from most major attractions and does not allow you to easily return for a rest during the day. We never met the “boss,” as they were never present during our stay. At check-in time (15:00), the apartment was still being cleaned: wet floors, garbage bags, and laundry scattered around. This was quite shocking upon arrival. To make matters worse, we were asked to pay an additional €120 in taxes, in cash only, which felt highly inappropriate and unprofessional.

Big ,cosy rooms. No balcony or view but quiet ,comfortable beds for sleeping.

the location is excellent for the Vatican and there are a lot of bus stations that can get you the most attractions the room were too tide for 3 adults.

Very good location for the value, only few minutes walking distance from the Vatican city. Services like supermarket, bus stop, restaurants in close distance from the accomodation. Clean facility. Room unit is based in historical building. Helpful and friendly staff, daily cleaning service of the room. The breakfast could have more variations, I missed healthier alternatives like granola, oat flakes, corn flakes, fruit. Some of the tables in the dinning area are too close to each other, but I understand the limitation of the space.

We booked a room and we were given a totally different one. Even the door of the bathroom / shower was broken. In the description, the pictures are totally different than in reality, are! Total disgrace.

Breakfast was ok. Not even water or a cup in the room. Too strong perfume, triggered allergies. Shower was dirty.
