Second time I'm staying here, and that says it all. Lovely owner, decent rooms, fantastic non-touristy neighbourhood with some great breakfast spots a few minutes walk away, perfect for a stay in Rome when you want to mingle with the locals (that mostly don't speak English), instead of being stuck inside the tourist crowds. Will definitely stay again when I'm in Rome!

Cleanliness, friendly staff, location to shops, restaurants, pubs, Vatican St Peter's square, bus stops,,,, air con was brilliant definitely needed plus the fridge . Biscuits & sweets on the corridor was definitely a plus for me plus the free safe,,,,, great place N/A

The host was very polite and generous, and she really wanted to help us and answer to any question regarding our accomodation. The room was nice, clean and quite large. Also, we think that the location was very good, since metro station was only 3 minutes on foot and Vaticano museums only 5 minutes. The prices of all rooms and guesthouses at Rome are quite high.

Everything. Nice and clean room. The owner and staff were excellent. Location was about a 3 block walk to the Vatican ticketing queue. Parking available 1.5 blocks away at a great price. Nothing

Everything was amazing! Clean and tidy! Location is another good thing, near all famous places. Breakfasts were best of the best! (Thanks Hiromi) A little bit cold in room, in April heating doesn’t work.

It was a clean and decent place. The bed and pillows were cosy and clean. I can say that I found more than I expected Breakfast was fine, but it contained a bit of sugary products for us, so we asked Ms. Hiromi for cheese and eggs. Thanks to her, she organised breakfast for us every morning accordingly. As a place, it is 5 minutes walking distance to the Vatican museums and 10-15 minutes walking distance to the Vatican City entrance. The metro, which can be reached from the central places, is also 3-4 minutes walking distance.

Comfortable and very clean room. Easy connection to the metro and buses. Nice neighborhood. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic! A bit outdated, but in a cosy way.

The host was excellent and very friendly. I could not fault the cleanliness in any way, it was spotless. The size of the bedroom. It was within walking distance of a metro station. The best location in Rome if you are visiting the Vatican, it was only a couple of blocks away. The shower was very small, I am 5'6" and hardly fit. Plumbing made some strange noises but I think this is just because it is an old building.

You will not find a better quality for this price in Rome. Perfectly clean, excellent location next to the Vatican and Hiromi is AMAZING! She makes easily the best cappuccino we had in Rome! I recommend 10/10!
