We had a lovely time staying at this accommodation. Our host Daniele was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were extremely clean and in excellent condition. The air conditioner literally saved our lives during the heatwave and we ended up wishing we had stayed a bit longer. The location is amazing, right in the heart of Trastevere, surrounded by many restaurants and bars. It’s also within walking distance of major attractions, such as the Pantheon (about a 20-minute walk) the Colosseum (around 30 minutes) and Vatican City. There are also tram and bus stops nearby, although we ended up not needing to use public transport at all and basically walked everywhere. The accommodation is also perfect for a late-night stroll along the Tiber. Overall, we had a genuinely wonderful experience and would highly recommend staying here.

This is a centrally located property in Trastevere. The room is basic, but it has every amenity that we needed. Breakfast was even provided. The room very and the bed was comfortable. The management was very responsive and helpful. The front of the building has a lot of graffiti, but graffiti is everywhere in Trastevere these days.

Very nice, modern rooms

The property is in a great location, close to Rome’s main attractions. It had everything I needed, and they provide a nice breakfast in the mornings. The host was very friendly, understanding, and helpful throughout my stay. Mornings can be a bit noisy if you’re a light sleeper like me, but it’s also a good reason to wake up early and enjoy everything Rome has to offer.

Noise levels can get a little loud during the early hours of the morning - sounded like there was construction going on so may not be a regular thing.

Location. The host met us at the location and showed us everything. I didn't know that it was like a rooming house. There were 4 rooms total with a shared kitchen, seating area. I should have done a little bit more homework.

The location are very good, near to many sites to visit of Rome. You can walk and no need public transportation. Very clean and comfortable!! Around 10 a.m., nearby have a construction and they started working, and it’s difficult to rest because there. But I think is momentally.

Good location, get in and out without keys, cleaned room and kitchen area daily Towel no changed, even when dropped on floor. Same breakfast every morning. window near shop unloading area, from 5am delivery drivers unloading cages.

Breakfast included was coffee, bread, cheese, yogurt, milk, juice and some packages of cakes/sweets. Good location for bus stops and easy to find the place. Just one improvement: add towel rail in the bathroom wall or in the bedroom. As we were a couple, could been better to have a place for both wet towels.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The host was lovely and very accommodating. The location is perfect and from our research it appeared better value for money than other places in the Trastevere area. Everything was very comfortable and we slept well. Having read other reviews, we were aware beforehand that the breakfast is very basic (everything is packaged etc..). We agree with those reviews but knew what we were signing up for.
