Bed and Breakfast Zoe holiday

Location could not have been better, it was absolutely perfect. Located right in Trastevere with public transportation options close by. Host was very responsive and everything went smoothly. The balcony was adorable and this property truly exceeded my expectations.

It was extremely quiet and the room had black out blinds. The location was excellent. We had to ask for fresh towels and more toilet paper whenever we needed them. We had to change our own garbage. We didn’t find any breakfast items to be appealing

The location is absolutely great. Trastavere is a beautiful and awesome area especially for bars and restaurants and walking. The staff/owner couldn't have been any nicer. Answers messages on Whatsapp very quickly. The negative and this is important: this isn't a secluded room. It's not like any bed and breakfast I've ever stayed at. You're in a bedroom, with a personal bathroom but you share the kitchen area and there is at least one other bedroom where someone is staying. It's not a bad room we stayed in. It's pretty small and cramped but it's enough especially for just a couple days (we stayed four and it's too long to be in such a small space). Felt like a pretty nice hostal to me and my wife.

The shower is a bit small

Nothing I stayed at Bed and Breakfast Zoe for three nights (25–28 October 2025) before leaving early, although my booking was for eight nights. From the first day, the owner asked me to cancel my Booking.com reservation and pay in cash for a “discount.” When I refused, the atmosphere became increasingly uncomfortable. On 28 October, the owner’s sister arrived demanding payment, became aggressive, and called the police. Feeling unsafe and under pressure, I paid €1,000 by card just to leave. I have reported this to Booking.com and my bank. This was the most distressing travel experience I have had. I don’t recommend this property to anyone who values personal safety and professional conduct.

Excellent hotel in excellent location. It's very well connected with the rest of the city by tram. Trastevero quarter itself has lots to offer, really worth exploring. It's a city inside a city: enigma starts just behind the hotel. The hotel is very quite -both inside and outside. Perfectly clean with all necessary facilities. Self-check in is easy, video is sent in advance. Staff is very helpful and fast to respond. Would definitely stay again.

Location. Check in and out was easy. Bad smell in the bathroom that wouldn’t go away. Almost like sewerage. Dirty floors / dusty. Walls paper thin could hear everything.

I loved this location! We also loved that there were rolladen (rolling shutters) on the big windows in the room. We didn't want to sleep away our trip, but it was nice to have the option ;) Communication was top notch. This wasn't the typical booking we do via booking.com, so I was pleased at how everything turned out. Nothing

Great location

We enjoyed the location. The room was nice and large and bright. The hosts were responsive and helpful. We also enjoyed having access to coffe, tea and goodies in the shared space. We found the access with all the keys and the stairs a bit combersome. The bathroom could use some updating.

Cozy apartment in a very nice location, the staff was friendly and gave all the needed instructions for check-in and check-out. We also liked the area where it was located very much and had a great night there before our flight The shower in our room was very uncomfortable, there was no hanger to put it and shower "hands-free" and the shower hose was very short, so it really took an effort to do it

Perfect!! If I ever go back to Rome I will come back to this room. People are kind and caring. I didn't meet the manager because they are on vacation but they responded quickly on Whatsapp. Big grazie! Nothing. This field is not necessary.

Excellent apartment, very good communication from the owners, very live neighbourhood but quiet building. I have only good experiences!! I was travelling solo and found the building, neighbourhood extremely safe. Best B&B experience ever!

Everything was perfect! We surely enjoyed it!

We really enjoyed our stay and the property was in a fantastic location. The hosts were very approachable and friendly. Super responsive over watsapp and was able to recommend/support where needed. Our bed was abit to firm for us and no glasses available to be able to have a drink on the balcony.

Fantastic location. The room was very clean and comfortable and even had a balcony with was brilliant. Very friendly welcome. Would definitely recommend. Getting in the first time wasn’t easy as there was no matching name on any of the buzzers but I just had phoned the number provided and someone came down to meet me
