Facility, hosting, comfort

The host is very nice and welcoming, everything was very clean and the open kitchen was an opportunity to meet people from other countries, there are good restaurants nearby and a farmers market and is located in a beautiful neighbourhood.

We were a family of three and felt very safe in the area. It’s about 30 minutes from the city center by bus, with excellent connections via both bus and tram. The apartment was decent and had everything we needed, and the breakfast was good. Diana, the owner, was very available and kind. In our room, the shower was located outside the bathroom and fully visible, so you could see the person using it, which might feel uncomfortable if you value privacy. The Wi-Fi wasn’t the best either, but it wasn’t something that really bothered me.

We had a great stay! Our room was super comfortable, clean and spacious, and the pictures on Booking.com do not do it justice. It was actually very nice and the Italian breakfast was also an added benefit. The host (Diana) was really lovely and accommodating, and I would definitely plan to stay here again in my future visits.

Location, balcony Too loud - They checked someone in during the midnight, talking and laughing so loudly at around 2 a.m. Heating didn't work, and it was chilly during the night. For two people, the bed was terrible.

Diana was lovely,giving us a load of advice about Rome. The rooms were nicely decorated and the bathroom was clean. There was a fan that was on permanently which was a bit annoying. The common area was pleasant and the basic Italian breakfast was good enough.

It was nice to have a kitchen. The breakfast was also okay, but don’t expect to have too many options. The host was kind. You stay in an apartment where you can hear everything in the apartment and the other rooms. We were lucky to have flatmates who were not noisy.

The location was really nice with the local spots to go to for pizza and café, also the nearby tram was really necessary to explore city as the buses are not on time at all. We liked the TV and coffee and tea provided, also our host was really lovely and sweet Sometimes it might have been a bit far from the main sights, as the buses were getting delayed more than 20 minutes or didn't go at all. (depends on your preferences)

Breakfast was delicious, especially the jams. The host was really nice. It is easy to get to the city center with bus. The matress was too soft. Everything was hearable from outside the room (It could be disturbing at night). In our room (with red wall) the shower cabin is outside of the bathroom, opposite to the bed.

The kitchen was well organised, the room was comfortable and clean, the staff (Diana!) was superb. Nice public transport option right next to the place. The shower wasn't well built (the water leaked out), and the location wasn't too good. The breakfast is minimal (but it is well described before, so no surprises).

Nice and clean accomodation, fantastic helpful and every time positive owner. Kitchen is fully equipped (but i missed there some sharp knife :D). Nice system of breakfast packing to the boxes with names. I have nothing

The host is very nice and responds to any questions or problems very promptly. The area is not too far from central attractions via bus but the transport quality in Rome isn't exactly stellar. There are a few grocery stores and cafes nearby but for dinner I would recommend going to Trastevere for example. The facilities are bit outdated and rooms need deeper cleaning.
