Staff was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Shared bathroom space was kept very clean. Location was close to the heart of Rome and Termini station. Private room was nice and comfortable. Rooftop was very nice The elevator is a little small and sometimes does not come to floor when called. Luggage storage when you get there early seems somewhat unsecured.

The place, room and toilets were spotlessly clean, rare to find especially when sharing rooms and toilets. Maybe I was lucky but guests at this place were very quiet and considered other guests. Staff were very helpful and beds were done every day! Nothing

the terrace view and the kitchen space need to put the card for everything in the room to work out

Also , the location was great

Buena ubicación, muy cerca de una estación del metro. Algunos baños olían mal, especialmente uno.

Helpful staff Clean room Nice and cozy rooftop I feel welcome and comfortable while I'm there

The hostel is very clean, the room is spacious enough, and there’s a sink in the room, which is really convenient if you just want to wash your face. The location is fantastic, honestly.

Nice place is such a expensive city as Roma is. The rooms are good, with sufficient space for all people and they have multiple washrooms so you dont need to wait to use them.

Clean! Great location. Enough space for three.

Great accommodations for the fair money. Good central location, though in a calm neighborhood, helpful stuff and good breakfast

Everything was perfect

I had a very nice stay at the hotel. The location is really good, close to everything, which made it very easy to get around. The toilets were clean and well maintained, which is always important. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would stay here again. The only issue was that the hair dryer was not working properly.

Close to Rome termini, clean facilities, accomadating staff A bit far from main attractions

It was my first experience staying in a hostel without bunk beds. The room was spacious, and we had only 5 beds there. There are pros and cons, as always. I loved having a spacious room and my own bed, but it can be a bit tricky to do without the privacy that bunk beds with curtains can give you. I felt a bit uncomfortable using the phone because of the light it gives off, especially when my roommates were trying to fall asleep. Even with the reduced brightness, I saw them struggling a bit. That's very important to have a sleep mask if it bothers you. Anyway, I liked it. It would be very nice to have some soap in the rooms, as there is a sink you can use.

I didn't love that the only curtains were very sheer. It let in a lot of light from the street at night, which made it hard to sleep. Also, it was a decent distance from Rome's main sights, which meant a lot of walking/use of public transport.

The hostel was very comfortable, close to termini station and clean. There are many toilets, near each couple of rooms.the beds and pillows are comfortable and rooms are spacious. N/A

Great location as it is very central and easy to get to from Termini station (walking distance). Communal bathrooms and bedrooms were kept very clean. Lovely staff at the reception, who was very welcoming and helpful, very quick at solving my request. Offers free luggage storage where you can store your bag prior to checking in and after. Would recommend for stay. Nothing hotel specific really. A family was staying next to my room, who were being very noisy at night, but that is reflection of the them rather the hotel itself. Some people are not considerate. Would be nice to get a complimentary coffee in the morning or towels for free :)

The staff I talked when I checked in and checked out were really nice! Made it so easy for me to know everything I need to know. It's definitely safe for solo travelers especially for females. The neighborhood itself is quiet but a little bit far from the city centre, however it is quite close to the terminal station so it's not a problem at all! Overall, my experience was good and it was clean all the time. Definitely recommended! Walls between rooms are for sure thin because I could definitely hear the other people from the other rooms. But that was all it,

It was midnight, which is why it took my 15 minutes to arrive the location. But the way back to was so easy to reach the termini station. Here are 24 hours of reception. That is so fantastic. When u entered it seems u are in a hotel. It doesn't look like a hostel. The shared bathroom was available and there were 3. So I really enjoyed. I don't want It I don't like I would like to suggest putting small chairs in the bathroom.

A bit overpriced for what it is but overall great stay.
