We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The room was very clean, comfortable, and in a great prime location walking distance to Colosseo, making it easy to explore the area. A special thank you to Giuseppe, who was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. He replied quickly to our questions, provided excellent recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed. His outstanding hospitality truly made our experience even better.

    Noisy, dirty, and uncomfortable.

Great location, great room, and great staff! I liked how easy the communication was. I also liked how there was food right next to the property. Also, the metro is nearby. Buonanotte Colosseo is one metro stop from Termini station. From the airport, you can take the Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini. From there, you take the Blue line one stop to Cavour and you will find Buonanotte Colosseo. You do not even have to rent a taxi to get there. Buonanotte Colosseo is so close to many major landmarks that you can walk to them. One place that was too far for me to walk to was the Vatican. So anything near the Vatican you might want to take public transportation or rent a taxi. I would definitely stay here again! The only thing I did not like was that there were a lot of people outside the property who would be talking loud and eating late at night because in Rome people stay up late. This was nice when walking home because I felt safe, but it was sometimes difficult to sleep because there were so many people outside talking and eating outside. Maybe bring ear plugs.

My mom and I had a really comfortable stay, and everything was exactly as expected. The location is 10/10—super central and just about an 8–10 minute walk to the Colosseum, with so much nearby to explore—restaurants, shops, you name it! Lorenzo was an amazing host—very friendly, helpful, and informative, which made everything smooth and easy for us. The place was well-kept, clean, and very straightforward. No complaints at all—we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! ✨ None

I liked the spacious corner room with windows looking out on beautiful Monti. The heater was great and easy to adjust. The bathroom was modern and fancy. Everything you could ever want was right outside, walk a few blocks and there’s the Colosseum, good food right downstairs, five minute walk to a Michelangelo sculpture free entry in a church. The online staff person was kind enough to let me check out later as I had come down sick. This section of Rome is my fave, not so over the top touristy. These modern Roman toilets don’t flush very well. I wasn’t expecting to never meet a staff person, I texted a friendly person a lot which helped, but the place is anonymous like an Airbnb. There was what looked like three rooms in this one section of this third floor.

The apartment was well designed and easy to access via lift. The bathroom was clean and contained all the required amenities. Great location - in the heart of Monti. The unwelcome surprise of being asked to leave cash to cover the city taxes the night before, when we were under the impression it had already been paid. There was a miscommunication with the hosts around this, and we ultimately paid via a link on the day we left. In future, it would be more transparent to be told about the taxes on the day we checked in. Overall, given the taxes we had to pay on an already expensive apartment was disappointing but we understand thats part of the way Rome is set up.

Great location. Good for 1-3 nights stay. Not built for an extended stay.

  • Engine customer Apr 2025

The place was located centrally(about 20 minutes walking from all of the main attractions, 10 by bus) usually i am a bit sceptical about these apartments but this was amazing , its the type of apartment that you get what you pay for Clean, comfy beds and hot shower water Wifi is fast and its completely safe The staff is super friendly and available 24/7 for any issue I would diffidently cone back again. The only thing was about the noise at night which is not a big issue, and the host know the problem and he has ear plugs when you go to the apartment

Fantastic location, all of the major sites were within walking distance. Lovely little balcony to sit out on. Small but with everything you needed. Definitely would stay again.

  • Engine customer Apr 2025

The location was pretty good and all major attractions like colosseum was barely 5 mins walk from the hotel All major attractions like Trevi fountain and Vatican City were 20-30 mins by foot Nothing as specific

Great location! Very cozy appartment with everything you could need. Very clean. Earlier check-in was not a problem - free of charge. We could leave also our lugage after the check-out. In the closest area there are great restaurants, shops and cafes. Close to the subway and bus stops. Very good contact with the host. We get a bunch of advices and suggestions about the places to visit, location of the best shops and indication of restarants with good ratio quality/price. The host organised an airport transfer from the appartment. Nothing could be done in the better way.
