The location was excellent. Facilities and rooms are stunning. The patio is beautiful and the breakfast was amazing, and I ended up having breakfast there every day from how good the food and coffee was. Nothing, everything was excellent. Only downside is I wish I stayed longer!

Utterly spectacular stay at the Bulgari Roma. Sets the standard not just in Rome. My partner had an issue which he raised with management and not only was the issue addressed, but they managed to turn around his experience totally. The on site restaurant provided us with some of the best food we have ever had. Everything impeccable. Many thanks to the team - such an impressive operation. Everything was impeccable, truly flawless.

Location Terrible food smell everyday In The corridor near our room , loud construction noises as early as 6:45am on a Saturday morning and other mornings .The breakfast was below standard of any hotel we stay in which are all in this category,omelette watery flavourless in fact we only ate the included breakfast 1 morning as it was that poor. The chicken salad at lunch was like it had been made the day before ,presentation and taste again below average . The same with the club sandwich wilted soggy and almost like a pre packed sandwich that had been prepared days before.

The hotel’s attention to every detail was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate any request, always with genuine care and professionalism. Despite the hotel being fully booked during a particularly busy time (the Pope's funeral), the atmosphere remained calm and relaxed. The design of the hotel was beautiful, and the spa was truly exceptional. Nothing comes to mind. I’m genuinely struggling to think of anything more I could have wanted from a hotel.

That is the only time we felt there was a glitch in the service and only when it is too busy Martina at the cafe is excellent In all other placses restaurant or terrace …. It was excellent

The hotel has a beautiful design, and the location is convenient for exploring Rome I had a terrible experience where money went missing from my room. The hotel’s response was disappointing, lacking urgency and accountability. This raised serious concerns about security and guest safety, which is unacceptable for a luxury property.
