I felt like home. Elena, who managed the property was genuinely friendly, I felt like we were longtime friends and never felt like business. Also, I was able to stay several hours more in the property before my flight. The appartment was very clean and well situated. I had an exceptional stay. Nothing, really.

Great! nice room, super clean, had everything i needed, a cute little common space, great location. the host Elena was really friendly and helpful, gave me helpful recomendations, was super available and let me leave my luggage in the common space after check out. overall great stay! The beds are not the most comfortable and checkout is earlier than typical (9:30 am). Otherwise great!

1. 3min walk from Termini station. Super close. Easy to walk with even heavy luggages. 2. Excellent and kind staff, super accomodating. 3. Very nice breakfast, 10m away from the entrance (collazione-croissant with coffee). 4. Clean and beautiful room and common area. 5. Definitely worth the money you pay! :) n/a

Anna and Elena both are very kind, friendly, sweet. I stayed for 5 nights, and couldn't ask for more, the room is pretty, clean, there is a space to put the clothing and everything.. bed is comfortable, and in general it was convenient to stay at this place. Also, the location is good, restaurants supermarkets, caffes, Roma Termini train station (5 minutes away) are all nearby.. and as a traveler who likes to walk a bit, i could almost visit all the landmarks and the activities without using any public transportation (although it's still convenient to use the train and there are bus stations nearby as well). And ofcourse the breakfast in the caffe was really good. Highly recommended!

Had a hot plate in the room for leftovers… but CAN’T use without the custom pan which was not available.

It is room in the 3 room’s apartment in living building located on a quite street of a charming neighbourhood of Termini. Host was in touch by WhatsApp all the time, nice woman met us and showed everything. Room was spotless clean with nice decoration, comfortable big bed, well equipped bathroom and coffee/tea point on a common area of apartment. They also give you coupon for breakfast in the bar just in front of b&b with tasty Italian breakfast. No water for drink, just consider it. And no elevator. But it’s minor minuses compared to kindness and welcoming

Elana, the host was charming, helpful, and always replied promptly to our questions or requests. The room was clean and comfortable and a welcome respite after a long day of walking. It is an 8 minute walk to the main train station so we were able to go anywhere in Rome with ease.
