Location and breakfast AC stopped working on the last day and the rooms tend to be smaller

great staff and it was nice they left us wine though we didn't drink it. we only stayed one night. The room was fine but, given the price, we were disappointed by the view onto an air shaft with pipes & construction. Wine was a nice touch but we would have preferred complimentary water instead of overpriced little bottles in minibar. Breakfast was only fair compared to other hotels we stayed at.

Close to the train station Beds and room for very small

The hotel is nice and close to the train station but be warned it’s in a sketchy Neighbourhood with lots of homeless around. The breakfast room staff was great. My only complaint is housekeeping never replaced/filled our shampoo and body wash bottles that were empty from the beginning of our stay. We also asked for an extra comforter multiple times because the bed was too hard and never received that either. Bare minimum hotel, don’t ask for extras because it won’t happen.

Bath-gel were empty when we checked in the room. On paper it says dialing No. "9" for room services but no luck in my room. Then I had to go down to the hotel reception counter to report the situation. There was no other guest at the reception then but the hotel staff there (a man who was idle doing nothing) may not have the patience but kept saying there was no problem to dial "No. 9" (it worked at the hotel reception but not in my room). Anyway, due to miscommunication, he arranged replacement of "Shampoo" promptly (instead of "Bath-gel"). Then I had to go down again ...

Some desk staff were a little abrupt

Best location, very near the train station. Best breakfast, fresh vegetables and different choices everyday. Staff is very friendly.

Close to train station and a fabulous restaurant (LA Famiglia) less than block away. Quiet area. Staff super helpful. Breakfast was good traditional Italian fare. Because it's close to Termini, ot is far from main sites. Metro and busses went on strike so we were limited to walking. Something to keep in mind. Absolutely no check-in before 2. Only a stool in room, no chair so no real place to sit.

Hotel is just 10 min walk from Termini station what come handy when u want to take a day trips to different cities. Comfortable beds, great breakfast, excellent team made us feel welcomed and nothing was difficult to arrange , advise … They provided also a little gift for my sister’s birthday. 100% recommended !

Small room, bathroom arrangement is not user-friendly.

When we requested room cleaning, it seemed that only the bed was made; I believe this is an area that could be improved. However, the food and the café service were excellent —the staff were very kind and attentive.

The service and the behavior of the reception

I liked the patio that was right outside my room. I also liked it didn't smell like smoke inside. The noise. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it stated sound proofing. Let me tell you, that was not the case at all. The TV was not smart enabled, so you can't connect your phone or log in to streaming apps. Worst thing was the male worker at the breakfast buffet who was on some sort of power trip and said I wasn't allowed to take some fruit or box of cereal with me, even though others clearly were. When informed that his colleague literally just allowed others to take something with them, his response was "I didn't see them". And when I asked to ask the reception desk if I could his response then was "no im the one who you should ask." Like im paying over 300 per night and being called out over taking measly fruit from the breakfast buffet. I wouldn't stay here again.
