The bed was comfortable. The pillows were awful. They were flat and hard. When we asked for more the front desk staff were resistant to helping us. Everyone we asked for something (extra pillows and a bottle opener) they told us they should be in our room. When we told them it was not in our room they acted like we were lying or just dumb. The same thing happened when our key stoped working. She asked me several questions implying that I didn’t know how a key worked.

excellent location very close to Roma Termini. Breakfast was excellent, savory and sweet, a lot more that what you expect for a continental breakfast .All the toiletries you may need and bottles of water in the room. They have a locker room to storage your luggage after check out. that the bathroom have a tube, not a shower, just a hand held one.

Great location. Clean. Comfortable. Nice towels. Air conditioning was not on (city ordinance, we were told). No shower curtain. Breakfast seemed expensive for the quality of the spread.
-
The noise! It was impossible to sleep.
-
The air condition was not cooling, the staff said it is due to season ( these days only heating) , the rooms do not have locks inside door, bathroom had no cursive

The location was very convenient to the train station, attendant was friendly and room was beautiful and clean

Great location and kind team. Room is good. The only minus was the strong molding smell from the bathroom!!! The room itself was clean but 3 nights dealing with that smell was bad… The strong smell of mold from the bathroom!!! They should look in the ventilator and they will be devastated by the view!!!

The breakfast has few items, I would rather prefer more food variety.

The hotel isn't new and you can see it, the rooms and the common areas shows sign of age. In our room the window was broken so it will not fully close, luckly for us we where at the last floor so we weren't bothered too much by the noise of the traffic

Bathroom is a bit tight quarters. Property could use some renovations, some cracks in walls. But it was very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was very crowded from the start

Very clean and comfortable venue. Highly recommended by us.

The hotel is in a very good location, making it easy to get around. The breakfast was good and offered a nice start to the day. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a good experience that met our expectations. -

Excellent. Curious staff. Well maintained

Location was great, so close to the train station and Metro. 30 minute or less walk to all the famous sites, like Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, and Pantheon. Lots of dining options available nearby. Staff was very friendly. Desk is always staffed! Thermostat was a little tricky, but we just opened the windows (which you can do!)
