The location is close to Roma Termini and subway stations. The bed is old. The shower has bugs flying around all the time. The worst part is 2 out of 6 mornings, there was NO HOT WATER. 1 out of the 2 mornings, there was NO WATER. The “hotel” has not responded to my complaints. The neighborhood near Roma Termini is also sketchy. For $80/night, there are many other options in Rome.

Close to Termini Station and walking distance to city center and monuments. Very clean and chic decor, my stay was quiet and comfortable. Plenty of food and market options around. Good value for money

It’s charming, clean, cozy and is an incredible location and the staff are very friendly and helpful! There’s nothing I didn’t like.

The location was a short walk to Roma Termini which is exactly what I wanted as I was about to do a few day tours. Conveniences nearby. The room was not flashy but beautifully clean and comfortable. The shared tea and coffee station was an excellent find. I needed a small desk to work from, but a simple request, and it was added to my room. I really didn't have anything I didn't like.

Location - access to Roma Termini and airport, as well as walking distance to many tourist sites. Bag storage.
-
Much more like a small boutique than a hotel which was very homey Extra pillow would be only request

The property was close to termini station. It was about a 20-25 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. The room was clean and was appropriate size for two people. I could hear entire conversations of the neighboring room. I had to ask them to be mindful of their volume and playing loud music.

Room is basic and small but fine if you will be out most of the time. Conveniently close to Termini if you are leaving early in the morning. Had to work remotely a little and the internet worked fine. There are some restaurants close by and also a couple of laundry places a block away if you need to do your laundry!

Location near Roma Termini was excellent and access to the hotel was easy. It was a comfortable walk to many tourist attractions; metro available close by. Very nice restaurant at the end of the block on Via Volturno. I never met any hotel staff, though I know the code entry is now common practice so there was no one to help with the WiFi or the rather cold room temperature.

This is a simple but solid choice and good value for money. We stayed in February for 3 nights, as a couple. We did self check in and check out, never met the staff. The hotel room was of decent size, on the 3rd floor, and it was quiet. We couldn't hear people in other rooms nor the traffic below. Both the room and the bathroom were very clean, with hot water as soon as you opened the tab. The radiator didn't work but the room was warm anyway. Great if you're coming to Rome to explore the city and need a good base to shower and sleep after hours of walking. The description mentioned a streaming service (like Netflix) but we didn't find it, only TV channels in Italian.

Location, cleanliness The light needs to be slightly more

Location was convenient due to easy bus and train connections. The neighborhood itself was not particularly nice. Room was way too small and stuffy, we were instructed to pick up our keys and let ourselves in, but actually we encountered a room that was not yet cleaned. The whole apartment (because to call it a hotel is a stretch) was overly perfumed with stacks of laundry lying around the lobby and blocking guest’s passage. We never encountered a concierge in all of our time there. Also, we left our luggage in the lobby both at entry and at the end and anyone who had the building entrance code could access the lobby which did not make it feel secure as a place to store one’s luggage.

Close to the central train station made transit easy to get to. No window view from the room I was in, no staff to interact with.
-
We wanted to stay close to the train station so it was easy on the day of our departure and it was a short walk away. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was a lot of space within the room. The windows were very sound proof, which was great being in a city. The lobby was very cute and charming. While we did not interact with the hotel staff in person, they were very kind a responsive through message/e-mail.

The staff were very kind. Very convenient to Roma Termini! Good location to walk to all the main sites. No refrigerator in the room. As a solo traveler, I don't feel comfortable walking around at night, so a refrigerator would have been nice.

Hotel proche à la gare termini Check in and check out The receptionist The hotel was really overpriced for what it offered. The room furniture was of very poor quality and extremely old. The bedside tables looked like they had been repainted, and there was only a small table with one chair — very basic and cheap. There was no kettle or minibar in the room. Overall, it didn’t match the price at all.
