Staff was very kind to me and the two other girls I got to stay in the room respected each other at all times. Expect a little chit chat at your arrival and be kind enough to say goodbye and thank you.

Location I stayed there for three nights. On two occasions, I tried to take a shower, but I couldn’t because there was no water. I had to get dressed again without being able to shower.

They let you leave your luggage after checkout for free, which is very convenient if you're leaving later in the day. Also, when I came back to pick up my luggage (after check-out), the staff offered me if I wanted to use the restroom before leaving. Such a small thing, yet mad a huge difference for me! Very valuable. Very comfy bed, spacious room (I was in a 4-bed female only room). Flushing the toilet was very loud and noisy. That's my only complaint.

They are really nice staff

I didn't like that I could not lock up my belongings in my room. You have the option to rent storage there but it's an inconvenience.

In case you have car, don’t bother to go close by. No chance to park anywhere near and if you lucky for understand parking you’ll pay between €20-€50 per night ??

Great location, right next to the train station. Good Wi-Fi, there's a wardrobe, there is an electrical outlet next to every bed and the bathroom has a hairdryer and shower soap. The street is busy and I felt safe. I found the bowling alley bed uncomfortable; sleeping on it makes a bit of noise. Since I move around a lot, it ends up disturbing others. Otherwise, everything is ok, I highly recommend it.

the wifi was not working and the basin had no water around 1am. the rooms aren't noise proof and its disturbing when people talk outside and you're trying to sleep. the room light was very dim.

Good location near train station. Clean room.

A few minute walk to the train station. The dorm room had comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and will hold your bags after checking out. No actual kitchen but that was explained in the listing.

It was 29 outside and the AC was 27.... If you have AC and have this temperature, why bother say you have in the room?

There is no washing machine

Nice staff, very responsive, clean room every day. Termini is known as a fairly shady neighborhood, but there are always people around and I never had any problems in the two times I've started in the area (I am a large male, though). Fairly noisy seagulls outside much of the night, and there's no air conditioning or screens in the window, so you have to choose between heat or mosquitos.

The internet connection was weak inside the room
-
Cozy and a refuge off the streets of Rome...which is highly over rated nowadays. Rome has fallen again, it's a poor environment overall for touring.

Only stayed 1 night but everything was fine . It was a very clean hostel and I had a bed to myself in a 3 bed room . The staff were fine and it is close to the train station , so ideal for travelling around Rome Had no issues , everything was fine.
