Location was good. Clean and quiet The A/C is something to be desired. It did not cool the room very well. Also the bed is quite hard. Not very comfortable

The hotel was great, staff excelled & the access from the station was excellent. Was in a slightly quieter area of the city which was positive but easily reachable from the main attractions. Room was a good size, quiet at night for sleeping & the bathroom had great hot water which is what you really want when travelling. Nothing felt bad

Our room was dirty. The glasses had lipstick on them. Bathroom had hairs everywhere. The room smelled like BO. The phone barely worked.
