That it was more like an apartment..no room cleaning service and check out was 10 am which is too early any check out is around 12

Location was central and close to a lot of things but still fairly quiet.

A very charming little property in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Lots of places nearby to eat and drink that have a bit more of a local vibe. Then, to top it all off the hosts are lovely and extremely accommodating. Will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Rome. Not a single thing, it was great!

Location. Options for breakfast were extremely limited. Also wish there was some sort of white noise machine in the room as we were awoken every morning by the garbage trucks or people in the street.

The room was really nice and the location was exceptional Since its called B&B, we assumed breakfast was included and it wasn’t.

The location is perfect, in the centre of Rome, clean and spacious room, Alessandro and Francesca really kind and helpful! Eurythning was perfect!

My fiancée and had a 3 night stay here. Nicely located in Rome close to the Spanish Steps, Trevi fountain and pantheon. Comfortable room. Alessandro was a wonderful host. Directions to the B&B and recommendations around there area were great. A lot of good restaurants in the area. Felt safe walking around at night. Would stay here again if/when back here in Rome.

A wonderful location, clean rooms, a safe location, close to all the attractions of Rome. There was nothing we didn't like!

Nervous about finding the place , but wonderful communication with the host. All clear from the beginning and much concern and help with some delayed luggage issues. Highly recommend. Wonderful location! Nothing. Awesome location

The location and proximity to good restaurants, excellent gelato and sightseeing landmarks. Outdoor noise early in the morning from garage collection and thin walls in between the rooms.

The property’s location was excellent. It was accessible and instructions were clear on how to access our room. The room was basic but charming as promised by the name, however there is no breakfast available and few amenities in the room for travellers and we did not see any staff. The name implies that breakfast is available, or a kitchen to prepare one. There was only a microwave in the outer office.
