Our stay was absolutely amazing! The location is very central and close to everything, the street is vibrant and cozy, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The host and staff were friendly and accommodating. Also we really loved the interior of our room, it was elegant and cozy and kept us in a good mood. A full length mirror in the room could be a nice addition.

The location was great! I really loved how I could go out and get to Spanish steps in less than 5 minutes, downstairs were a lot of restaurants to have a drink. Before arriving nobody told me what floor, how to enter, I managed to get to the building because someone was entering the building but ended up going up and down looking for an apartment. After half an hour I managed to get an answer from property representative, who didn’t tell me the floor or apartment number but told me to wait, which was weird. In the apartment itself everything was fine but there is a smell of unwashed bodies, probably need to wash sheets and curtains better. Also the toilet was dirty and smelled like piss which was disgusting.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect – from the great location to the beautifully decorated and well-maintained apartment. A special mention goes to our host, Marzia, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available whenever we needed anything. She truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation and would gladly stay here again!

Location - Poor breakfast: biscuits, cake, a bit of fruit, stale bread, and maybe a little cheese or ham—if someone hadn't eaten it before you. The breakfast was never refilled. The coffee machine was out of capsules, leaving only instant coffee. - Since eating is allowed in the rooms, the furniture was stained and sticky. It ruins the whole impression. If they can’t provide this service at a decent level, they shouldn't offer it at all. ​- Cold water in the shower and the bathroom sink. ​- The room was quite cold, which is very unpleasant at night or after a shower. Towels don’t dry, and if it's raining outside, your jackets won't dry either

Felt traditional yet modern. Safe. Perfect location. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive especially Mariza. Great communication.

The location is perfect, a short walk away from the Piazza di Spagna. The room was spotless, well decorated and overall very comfortable. Marzia was very helpful and welcoming. One thing to keep in mind: this is not a hotel per se so the breakfast is more like a ‘grab and go’ with few things like fruits, yogurt, cake,… it’s fine to have a bite before leaving the house but not an extensive hotel brunch

I like the cosy vintage look of the room The shower was in the middle of the room and whenever I showered, the room became moist. The staff were a bit slow with the communication over the WhatsApp, i asked them for late check out as my flight was later at night and the check out time was at around 10 am. The staff speak to me over WhatsApp never responded to my request and kept reading it and ignoring me. I checked out at around 10 am and sent them a message of disappointment. They responded that they have already told the cleaning staff to tell me of the new time, as they could have told me over WhatsApp directly
