Location, location, location, the hotel is so central, you can walk to any attraction you can think of. The spanish steps are right next to you as well as the piazza de espanga area, really great for shopping (but not for food and drink). The hotel is small and not the most accessable (stairs and small elevator in the annex). the room itself was very modern. for the price, this location was amazing. The wifi is so slow, youre right onto a busy street, great as a location, bad if youre sensitive to noises.

Very good location. Starting Monday early morning garbage and delivery trucks woke me at 7 pm. Construction nearby. Also noisy. The weekend was more pleasant and quiet. We didn’t stay at main building and had to climb big flight of stairs to get to the rooms. The staff helped with luggage. Breakfast served at nearby hotel. Continental breakfast, just coffee, juice and croissant is €18

The property is a total mismatch from what was advertised, and the host is in breach of contract. Lying and a terrible attitude

Did not like that we did not stay in the main hotel took us to the hotel that is being renovated. So not happy about that if I knew we will go to another location that was being renovated would not of booked that hotel considering I paid a lot of money for two nights

I like the location where you have everything around you you don’t need car to go anywhere,and the hotel style is so cool and the rooms are really comfortable and cozy,my stay was for one night but I wish i planned long stay

This hotel was centrally located and on a quieter street. Close to everything!! The staff was very responsive. We used what’s app to arrange cars for travel to and from the hotel and response was immediate. We highly recommend!! 10 out 10 in all aspects!!

Honestly, this was the best accommodation I stayed in during my trip to Rome. The apartment was extremely comfortable and spotless. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail in the cleanliness and room arrangement. Everything was perfectly organized, and the service was outstanding. The staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent . The standard rooms are very very small, no lobby to speak of and no common facilities for what passes as a 4 star hotel. Hugely over priced for the standard amd size of the accommodation..

The location, a/c , cleaning staff and bellboy Roof top patio under construction, no breakfast included , room was very tight, could barely fit 2 suitcases, shower very small. Disappointing when paying a substantial fee per night
