Accomodating friendly staff. Perfect location

The location was perfect. steps away from the Spanish steps. Room was clean and spacious. Room was ready early so we could check in as soon as we arrived. It needed better lighting. The biggest problem there was no hot water at all. Could not shower the water was cold as ice the entire time. I also didn’t appreciate that we we on a tour and running a few minutes late to check out in the morning so they took it upon themselves to go into our locked room and open the door and see if we were ready to checkout. When I arrived the door was open and he said good you’re almost ready to go. The nerve to enter my room when I wasn’t there. I was angry and felt violated.

Very central and easy to walk around. Very close to the train station. Many things happening around the place. Which is very nice . The rum is small and the bed is very small for two people.

Location is perfect for exploring all the key spots of Rome. Room was a very tranquil space in such a busy city, and was a excellent size for you to beable to relax after a day exploring. Beds comfy and plentiful wardrobe space. Bottled water and clean towels left every day and staff were very friendly and always helpful. Bedroom door kept jamming which was a bit concerning if had to get out in an emergency. Reported to hotel staff however even after repair it was still jamming.

Perfect location, clean room, comfortable bed, nice and helpful staff. A little hard to find, no Sign from street. Bad musty smell in corridor you have to Walk through to get in.
