Spagna Luxury rooms

Avoid this hotel. I booked this hotel for one reason: the view over Piazza di Spagna. At no point during the booking process was it disclosed that the entire façade was covered with scaffolding. The scaffolding completely blocked the windows. There was absolutely no natural light, no view whatsoever, and no fresh air. The room felt like a sealed box. On top of that, there was constant construction noise throughout the day due to the renovation work. Instead of enjoying a relaxing stay, we spent our time listening to drilling and construction activity. Had the hotel been transparent before I booked, I would never have chosen it. When we arrived and saw the room, we immediately asked to cancel our reservation because it was completely different from what had been advertised. The hotel refused to cancel our stay or issue any refund, leaving us with no choice but to stay. This was an extremely disappointing experience. A hotel cannot continue advertising rooms based on their view while failing to clearly disclose that the view is completely blocked by scaffolding and that guests will be staying next to an active construction site. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I knew i was to be in an annex building but for $500 / night the entrance and hallways were less than desirable. My view was marred by scaffolding and netting. Being my first visit to Rome i was uninformed of Rome hotel standards This property listed their rooms as luxury. If there are rooms available in the main hotel I would book those in the future.

Very friendly and attentive staff. They were also able to get us our room much earlier than the usual check in time

Room design and safety Its nice over all but its very commercial place as i asked them to order Taxi like I use to do with other hotels but unfortunately they kept saying after one minute it will arrive but it didn’t and I had a flight delay and after all that they took extra charge from me for them besides what I paid for the Taxi, “as the Taxi driver said”

The location, accommodations, the rooms are spacious and the view is spectacular. More a suggestion, it would be helpful to offer bottled water in the main area. There is nothing we did not like.

Luxurious, comfortable and central location

This Hotel is in an excellent location. It is right on teh Piazza D'spagna, and near lots of shops and restaurants. They have recently put in doiuble glazed windows and so teh noise is not asn issue as some previous reviews have stated. The room was very spacious and there was a well stocked kitchen are outside with tea cofee and snacks. Would defintely stay here again. Only complaint was that the check in was late and they made very littel effort to hurry it up. Check In

Location is great, close to everything and shops at Via del Corso. Very lively location. Clean, well maintained rooms. Breakfast is at a nearby restaurant. Rather than eating at a breakfast room this was a better option. They serve hot, good breakfast. staff at the Spagna Luxury rooms were proffessional. Highly recommend. Nothing
